Cameron has been busy eh? he visited lots of people recently, women whose son died, junky, blah blah blah, his line of pandering is terribly obvious.

THose Community officers have no real powers though, they're literally a cardboard cut out police officer facade. The LDs thing about not putting people in Jail for 6 months or under is based on recommendations from police and prison authorities.

Oh yeah, I know they're just rent a cops, but for some people its enough for a reassurance to move kids along when the start standing on their street corner. Rather have them around than no one.

Actually, agree with Brown that there needs to be more youth clubs and shit.

People aren't going to like less of an emphasis on prisons, so the guys gotta justify it with buzz words as much as possible.
