I kinda hope they don't pick Apollo for the DLC alt for Phoenix, then again having Trucy in the game would be pretty cool.

Yeah Lupinko has hinted about DLC Characters and I don't have any doubt we will be getting DLC characters, just not sure how many.
 
There would be more Frank hype if he hadn't already been in TvsC.

Anyway! I'm going to find that evidence and whoop your arse! Can't wait to play the real Phoenix come Nov 15th! :D
 
I don't think Capcom is going to announce DLC characters before the game's release.

If they do... well I already posted the image for it.

How do you know that hint didn't pertain to the characters making in as cards in H&H mode?

I don't even pay attention to Beard trying to take shots at me anymore. I don't know what started it but he was taking jabs at me by trying to shit talk Iron Fist before he even got banned. Maybe its because I also like theorycraft?

Its all good though. I just wait for him to say something out there and then point out some stuff he forgot to take into account before he spoke and call it a day each time. Life goes on. I know Iron Fist has the tools and damage to make it happen. His mobility isn't ass and he'll be able to dash up on folks pretty nicely. One troll doesn't make me believe any less in Iron Fist.

Don't worry though, Beard will still try to shit on him every chance he gets so we'll all get our share of laughs anyhow. ;)
 
Thought: Niitsuma said the bonus for MvC3 owners was a new mode unlocked early. Since H&H is DLC, is it Galactus' Arcade mode or possibly another new mode we don't know of yet?

One more event for one more pair of reveals may means they're going to start the PR runs around the same time. Now, if they really wanted to start off with a bang, how about one more new mode? Huh Capcom? HUH?!

Maybe MVC3 owners get to play H&H from launch and a month before anyone else gets it to help beta test its mechanics.

After all, MVC3 owners are GREAT beta testers.

If our mode unlock is H&H I will be flipping ecstatic on launch. I'm expecting it to be endless hyper meter mode, but honestly I won't be able to stop dreaming of H&H as a bonus at launch now.

Good Point, I don't think we really know either way. I think it was assumed it was for the DLC characters.

If the animations and stability hold up, H&H will be the greatest thing ever. I don't give a fuck about balance.

Ghost Trick alt color is the sickest. My guess is we either get Bum Phoenix and Trucy or Appolo and Trucy for his dlc costume. I would seriously love a true Ghost Trick outfit with a proper Sissel, Lynne and Missile models though.

I think full blown alternate characters outfits would be a great touch as a far as fan service goes. Chris->Leon, Ryu->ken, Phoenix->Sissel etc.
 
It's all about the Butz/Maid combination for me. Or Classic Wright. I'm a little annoyed at the brown Nova costume as I literally can't tell the difference in color between that one and the red one. What happened to "Gameplay comes first"? But as long as I don't pick brown or red Nova myself, there's no problem.

If we're getting new animations then yeah. But why is Sissel Wright? He should be Dante.

I have no idea who Nova is, but he looks really cool in those videos.
I'd have preferred Emma Frost or Psylocke but for a male character that I know nothing about, he looks really good.

Finding evidence is pretty much his *ghost mode stuff, the things he gets determines his attack* When he get's "all the pieces" He can go into "power up mode" Both Phoenix and zappa both have large huge hit box power hits that blow the opponent around like a rag doll.

O_O That is why he seems so familiar.

I mained Ky, but I could get some nice work out of Zappa when I wanted to confuse people on a counterpick (sword form and ghost form had a lot of highlows and mixups...plus pink orbs were great for juggling into air combos ending in jump attacks that caused ground bounce resets). Secondary team, member Phoenix Wright was just solidified by this realization. I'll likely pair him with Dante jam session and Hawkeye using dat vertical shot. If Dante fails then I'll go with Dormington.

He was on my original team. I had Wolverine, Taskmaster, Sentinel. I saw a good keep away Tasky make my own Tasky rush in stuff look pathetic and realized I was using him only half as good as I should be. He still pops in but he needs some coverage on his landing strip to make him truly safe on some of his stuff and I just don't run smart enough with x23, She-hulk torpedo, or other high low timings to really keep using him. I'm pretty punishable with the guy...though Hulk/Taskmaster (vert)/Sent (drones) is still my main troll team.

Whole premise is spamming irritating keep away assists to force you into running at Hulk...which is a very Bad thing to do if I mix up between super armored BS, triangle charges, and dat grab. It gets owned by smart players still, but its fucking hilarious to watch it in action when it works.
