LOL what does this even mean? I never get Pokemon references in games.

I don't even think the Wesker sun glasses buff is going to be anything more than a gimmick that barely anyone notices it's there in a live match. Besides I need to know if the teleports are actually a frame or two slower now (as originally suspected by those who played the game and reported) which would mean that the "buff" would only bring him to neutral only to be stripped away when he uses a hyper.

Bide is a Pokemon attack, that takes like a whole bunch of turns to store energy for, then hits hard.

Bide is a move where your Pokemon "waits" for 2 - 3 turns (and takes damage during those turns) and after that period is up, it does 1 - 2 times the amount of damage dealt to it.

It's a pretty pointless move.

It's an incorrect reference, although I get what he's saying. Bide is a move where the user is frozen for two turns to take damage, and on the third turn, deals double the damage it has taken to the opponent.

Wesker's sunglasses mechanic is more like the Pinch Berries, actually.
