Same here I almost think Capcom had it planned to leak the characters.

The salt and hype would've been GODLIKE. Uncertainty causes way more hype than certainty. I know if I went into TGS not knowing Vergil was going to be revealed... and he is shown.... WOW I might've died from HYPE COMA.

I knew that they wouldn't reveal them yet. Just give it up and wait for Halloween. That's why the leaked email said Trick and Treat, because it suppose to be send on Monday.

I can't believe Capcom handled it pretty bad so far since they shown the trailers at Japan and they never uploaded the videos.

We might get it early tonight because Japanese celebrate Halloween now.

Exactly. I hope Capcom takes note of this. A one-by-one reveal has the best chance of leaving fans crushed and bitter right at the game's release date. I think announcing the cast, but saving the reveals still keeps the excitement going and disappointment to a minimum at the most critical time.
