Fuck Jon. The Mormont girl is the true king of the north!
Posted this in the other GoT thread, but worth mentioning again: Friggin' LOVED this recurring theme that kept popping up this season. Music has always been great but this season might have been my favorite soundtrack so far.
3. She'll cross paths when Gendry.2 predictions for Mel:
1) she'll cross paths with Arya. Arya will try to kill her but Mel will tell her about Jon and how she brought him back to life.
2) she'll cross paths with Jorah and heal him of his greyscale.

I mean, even IF Jamie is still up to fighting for her, which is a big if at this point, that army thats left is pretty miserable looking after 6 seasons of constant battling, houses dying off and disappearing and now the freaking Morgul green flame going off killing I don't know how many. I wouldn't be surprised if the show opens next season with a mass exodus of people getting the fuck out of Kings Landing.
Batshit theory with limited rationale: Coldhands Benjen is actually an agent of The Night's King and only saved Bran to take him to the wall and undo the ancient magic.
I'm surprised they didn't talk about the R+L = J reveal at all in the after the episode.
Also, WHAT IS HIS NAME?!?!?
You should read the original outline for the story, it's fucked.
He sure likes his incest.
3. She'll cross paths when Gendry.
What if she meets up with the Brotherhood? Wouldn't she want to seek comfort with others who share her beliefs?
BreckinAlso, WHAT IS HIS NAME?!?!?
Stolen from tumblr:
Margery and Loras. I am more sad about that death than any of the Starks...
This show is spectacularFrom the NO BOOK thread
The Oldtown shots of the Citadel library and the Hightower was pretty amazing. Cool to finally see that.
Looks like it imo.
That would make for a unified Westeros and North, with Sansa as Warden (I imagine Bran being the 3 eyed Raven might have other concerns).
They did and Mel promised they would meet again after Arya killed a bunch of people. Why woul arya want to kill melissandre? Did they ever meet?

Mel will barbecue Gendry just to be saved at the last minute by Arya. Why woul arya want to kill melissandre? Did they ever meet?
And he finds out that he ended up right back at Dragonstone. If Gendry is ever seen again he better be introduced stepping out of a rowboat and rubbing his arms vigorously.
...so they were totally foreshadowing a Jon/Dany marriage right?
Suiting up in her evil queen finest was amazing.Cersei have the best dresses.
That's one logical route it could go, yeah....so they were totally foreshadowing a Jon/Dany marriage right?
Why would they be at odds though? Those were magnificent. If having only 7 episodes next season means higher budgets per episode and more cool establishing shots like that, I'm all for it.
Jon and Dany marrying is maybe the one thing I don't want to see since that seems so horribly predictable as they go and team up to fight the evil White Walkers. I'm going to guess that's where the show goes and maybe it ends up being fine in execution but it seems so predictable.
I would love it if Jon and Dany were actually at odds or if there is some extra wrinkle to the Others beyond them being some omnipotent evil force of Darkness. I know that's what GRRM has said he doesn't want them to be, but given how the show is sprinting to the finish, I'm not anticipating much nuance in how the end game with the Others is handled.
Jon's real name is Aemon.I'm surprised they didn't talk about the R+L = J reveal at all in the after the episode.

Meera just leaves bran in the snow now that r+l=j
Fixed.Jon's real name is Aegon.
He's killed the mad King. I have a feeling he will kill the mad queen.Jaime coming back to King's Landing to find it blown the fuck up by the woman he loves...wonderful.
Aegon. That actually could work, since it seems like they are cutting all of the Young Griff stuff and the whole Blackfyre conspiracy etc.Jon's real name is Aemon.
I'm thinking Qyburn. He was instrumental in that power play, and being Hand is likely his reward.
The music in the opening was nothing short of spectacular.
What kind of person who give two of his sons the same name?Fixed.
