Seems word on the street is that Exist Archive has some issues with crashing on the Vita, or at least it did back when it launched in Japan. Anyone who is reviewing and who wants to comment on that now that the embargo has lifted?

Christ almighty, I was too busy lamenting 90's Arcade Racer to even remember that Legend of Raven was a thing that was announced for Vita at one time. And just the other week I was thinking "I wish we had King of Fighters on Vita".
I contacted Play-Asia about the shipping delay of DQB, since I ordered in August I didn't understand why they pushed my copy to be shipped in November with second batch. Thankfully they managed to ship it yesterday to me. Hopefully I can finish Tales of Symphonia until it arrives so I can dig in right away.
Does anyone know how long it takes to finish the main story if you don't do side quests and stuff?

A long shot, but I thought I'd check to see whether anyone here knows - does anyone have any idea whether the Japanese version of Mystery Chronicle: One Way Heroics has an English option/subtitles? I know there was a LRG version of the game physically released in the west a while ago and that I could just get it digitally, but thought it would be nice to check to see whether the original Japanese release could be an option...

There's loads of gameplay vids from E3 and Gamescom that year I think. Looks finished to me, yet here we are.
It's the same thing with 90's Arcade Racer though. Game was in bug testing phase in November last year, still nothing. Was originally scheduled to release November 2013 rofl.
I saw that, but just assumed it was regular BOI. Didn't bother to ask them anything or get excited because I feel like asking them or Ed = "LOL NO, dealwithit fanboy" but ignoring them completely = "eh maybe"

I got that email about the release date being pushed back last week, but yesterday they emailed saying the first batch had sold out and more wouldn't be in stock until November... I didn't appreciate that. So I cancelled my order and tried to get one in at Heavy Arms. $6 more, but hopefully it ships soon.
Lol, I guess so. The thing is I don't really like to play multiple games at the same time, especially if there is a story involved. For some reason it bothers me to start another game, not sure if I'm the only one feeling that way.

I've been well . Since early this year, I started writing for the gaming sites 3WIREL and Crashy News. Been writing coverage and a lot of news for Vita titles the past few months !
Been playing Criminal Girls 2, Neptuine vs. SEGA Hard Girls, Darkest Dungeon and Amnesia Memories .
Some even included reviews of games like Steamworld Heist, Laser Disco Defenders, Grand Kingdom, Psycho Pass and this week Criminal Girls 2 & Neptune vs. SEGA Hard Girls!
Glad you are back and can't wait for more updates to this thread in the future!
Glad to hear you're well bud! And CONGRATS on the writing gigs ! I also saw that you reviewed Sonic Boom Fire & Ice - would you recommend it for a Sonic nut like myself? I am probably playing it anyway ;D The only Sonic game I skipped in the last few years was Sonic Boom on the WiiU/3DS.
Good variety of games you're playing there - enjoy bro! I just finished a small update for today, enjoy it!
Mainly been on the 3DS with Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest over the last few months, but have got back onto the Vita with Actual Sunlight today, and looking forward to Trails of Cold Steel II next month to round off my year gaming-wise. Must pick up Darkest Dungeon too. And Shiren. Too many games!
That screenshot of Valkyria Azure Revolution looks great- presumably it's a PS4 one?
Hi buddy! The wanderer is a fitting name for me hah! Dragon Quest VII I presume? I picked up a lot of Dragon Quest games in recent years but I have yet to play one! How is it? So cool that we got Actual Sunlight for free - looks like a hidden gem. Darkest Dungeon especially looks glorious. TOO MANY friend!
For Valkyria - that is indeed a PS4 photo though I will be sure to update it with a Vita screenshot once they're available.
Oh no! That is not what I expected to hear at all :[!!! I'll lower my expectations a bit, but as I adore this franchise to bits, this is certainly sad to hear
Nice update as always, I hope you can manage to update more often Fady.
World of Final Fantasy looks amazing on Vita, load times short as well. From the looks Square done an amazing job on it. Come to think of it, does SE has a bad performing Vita game?
Thank you kindly Powwa! Glad you enjoy them. I'm going to try to go for at least one updated-update a week for you guys to enjoy Just readied another update for the week, look up if you haven't
You guys are worth updating the thread for. Even my wife thinks you guys are among the best she's ever seen in the gaming community. It's an honor really. Enjoy today's update my friend
As a sequel to the game that continues to dominate English digital Vita charts(still number one in September's North American digital Vita charts), this decision by Bandai Namco is absurd.

Thank you for the kind words . Can't believe I started my writing work on 3WIREL only a few months ago......been a fun ride so far and the train will keep on running !
I think you got confused with my long article covering the entire sub-series of Sonic Boom. Asked SEGA for a review copy of Fire & Ice and I wasn't able to get one . Will be picking up the game at a later point but I honestly think it should be a solid game.
And I'm happy you enjoy posting in this thread! The Vita has a bit of a troubled history on Gaf on the gaming side but this & the PSN thread are the system's homes on this forum. You have been doing a great job running this thread and really enjoyed the update!
I'm am going to be cursing a bit, so sorry for the language. It is a fucking joke everything surrounding Next Order. If Bandai-Namco want's to stop supporting the Vita, then be fucking honest about it. Sony was, so why can't Bandai-Namco? You can't say things like 'Small oversea's audience' when you continue to sell us games. Either you support the damn console or not. Sorry for being bitter but it angers me a bit is all .
Another awesome update, I can't wait to get several of those games. Is Exile's End a digital only game in all regions? Or is it getting a physical release anywhere?

Pity, as it looks awesome. Oh well, I'll go bother LRG for a physical release then! (and of course I'll grab the game when its released at the end of the month, looks like a costly Vita month for me...)
Strange one here. I asked Blowfish Studios on Twitter about whether Gunscape was coming to Vita. They'd previous planned it, and it released for PS4/XB1, but we never heard from it again. This was their response:
yeah unfortunately not. The little Vita just couldn't handle it expect some more Vita news from us soon tho!
Weve only see the PlayStation 4 version of the game so far. How is the PS Vita version coming along?
Futami: For the PS Vita version, of course there is a difference in the hardware, so things such as graphics and frame rate are a little bit downgraded from PlayStation 4. Any other thing, such as the MMORPG-like gameplay experience you can find in the PlayStation 4 version can also be experienced in the PS Vita version.
Is there cross-save or cross-play?
Futami: We dont have cross-platform gameplay this time, but we will support cross-save. So of course users who like to take their game on the go can bring their saves to PS Vita and back.
Do you see PS Vita as a relevant platform for Sword Art Online going forward? I know its still a popular platform in Japan, but how long do you see that momentum lasting?
Futami: Thats a difficult question! Of course, if there are a lot of users asking for it, we would like to have a PS Vita version. As you said, its still a popular platform in Japan and there are a lot of Sword Art Online fans across the world who want to play the games on PS Vita. Im still considering PS Vita this year and next year, but after that, maybe we need to shift our focus to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam. Maybe Ill need to focus mainly on those three platforms to create Sword Art Online games. Of course, this is still all just consideration.
In a bid to take away the sting of all the cancellations in my previous post, here's some further games which have been announced and I haven't spotted in the OP:

Soullings (I would be shocked if this one makes it though)
