So was it a "scare" or did you get hacked?

GL getting in touch with Nexon if you did though, they don't give a flying frak. I contacted them... 8 months ago about my account being compromised and haven't gotten a word back other than their automated message, "Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience a high ticket volume at this time."

I'm honestly never expecting a real reply to my ticket, and after this I'll never play or buy anything from Nexon. Was totally about to drop some cash for some bag slots too...

Seeing as characters were gone at all and there's usually a week-ish delay tied to deleting characters, I figured something was up. Everything reappeared an hour later.

I had a support ticket in for at least 8 months before from when my account actually was broken into. Had to send another ticket in complaining that it was just email alert spam at some point and they finally took care of it (not getting my actual stuff back, of course)

BUG Fixes:

There was an issue where remaining AP obtain time was shown abnormally for characters that hadn't logged in recently.
The issue of Bloody Thread stacking with other drains has been fixed.
The issue of characters slipping during bare-handed battle has been fixed.
It will no longer be possible to send mail to yourself.
Fixed a bug involving the use of the auto-run function.
An issue where the mouse cursor disappeared has been fixed.
Unlimited Eagle Eye Assault and Ricochet Shot with Kai have been fixed.
The usage period of Storage Chest time extension window will no longer be affected by the local clock.
Fixed the issue of the restart message displaying multiple times during option configuration.

I love the re-balance. I was in a Controlled Black Hammer Raid and got top damage. But here's the thing, I was lagging like crazy for a few minutes, and managed to die twice in it. I didn't even use Trans, but other players did. Yet even with all that shit, I got top damage.

Also did a Colru run without dying.

Well actually it levels you to 50 instantly but you still have to do ALL the quests.

Nexon should really give you one more chance to change just in case you didn't like your choice after making it. Especially in a game where they force you to go through 40 levels.

Quick impressions

Only seeing server options for US East/West and Australia

Ferry to get there is at the docks at colhen
2000g for express or 5 minute wait (lol)

New quests have different selectable ranges for levels (8-29, 30-49, 50-69, etc)
Quest rewards are still aimed at lower tiers no matter the range you start at (5k exp doing a quest at 50-69). Fine for now with the bonus exp event going on
At least at the start, a lot more forced post-quest NPC scenes

Levels have ledges you can climb on now with a climbing prompt

No swinging cameras in empty rooms for new buildings, stores just overlay when you go up and talk to NPCs

New title screen, new character selection as well

Docking area for malina

New character creation selection. Vella's assets clearly in, probably just waiting to flip a switch

Primer for the two new dungeons since they don't explain it real well

Quests are still received from NPCs, started up like usual when creating a party, and play out in the normal linear way
Quests disappear from your create screen after you've completed them (can still join specific quests from other people)

You can create a party to load into the dungeon as a whole now (much simpler for grinding)
Hotkey for the map is H

All bosses will be available to fight and are always in the same set locations
Have to clear all the enemies in a section to move to the next one as long as it's attached

Bosses drop 'treasure maps' that indicate a treasure is now available and pop up an icon on the map for where it is
The treasure drops a single piece of loot per party member, prf is pretty common
Bosses don't respawn when revisiting an area, enemies do

Hitting the 'Ending battle' button drops you out but first shows the normal results screen even if you aren't host and leave first
Party members can drop out anytime they want without penalty

Trials of Macha are per area short timed challenges now that aren't selected beforehand
Common one is just to kill all the enemies within a set amount of time

A 'relic' will drop from enemies sometimes and are brought to the Altar (Altar icon in D section from above)
Just needs someone carrying it before moving to the next section for it to carry over

I got a pet from the sale. Unfortunately making pet food is crazy expensive on West server.
