No. You have to be signed into PSN on both the Vita and the PS4 to do that.

I've tried running the patch in admin mode with CMA closed, but I'm still getting the read only error. Latest version is 5 from a year ago, right?

Last time I did this you transferred items embedded in a PSP save file.
After that you could just FTP to the Vita directly via wifi.

Got the game and I'm in the process of moving it over to my Vita.

The fact that I can move my PSP library over , possibly PS1 games and still play Memories of Celceta (the main reason why I bought my Vita in the first place), makes me happy.

I seriously would want to find out how to rip my UMDs to my PSV considering some titles are not on the JPSN store, even though they have physical copies out. Want to consolidate my library from the PSP onto the PSV.

Or more to be fair to the devs / publishers that release stuff digitally, the games that they do not have out digitally. As already have done a ton of re-purchases digitally of the games they did release on the store.

It worked with me for PSP!

I'm going to pass, my go is a great retromachine at this moment and this won't give me faster snes emulators that is the only thing that could make me do it. The Vita is getting heavy use at this moment to start messing with it.
