All of this, as well as innovations in motion controls, online connectivity, casual gaming, achievements, toys-to-life, plastic instruments, persistent worlds, 3D video output…whew!
I mean, even if you concede that some of these games/changes are not your cup of tea (and I certainly didn't love all of them), I’d be hard pressed to think of a more productive time in the industry.
It certainly explains why some are unhappy with their libraries this gen, relatively speaking
