I don't install geforce experience and I have 5 nvidia processes without modifying anything. Probably just unchecking the geforce experience box gets you 95% of the way to what all that hassle got to.

That's actually why I like the GeForce Experience App, it keeps drivers up to date for you with notifications. Also it's how I got my 4090 at launch thanks to their sorta loyality program.

I haven't either ever since they required an account. As for me after numerous installs on this PC (never with Geforce Experience) I have 2 Nvidia Containers running.

That's actually why I like the GeForce Experience App, it keeps drivers up to date for you with notifications. Also it's how I got my 4090 at launch thanks to their sorta loyality program.

It's actually wise to not just blindly update your drivers for a few days to make sure the new ones don't have any issues.

I just do some cleaning with ddu and then install the new one.

I installed it once to check out the recording features, but the resulting video was stuttery... rivatuner and bandicam did it better.

Nothing wrong with GeForce Experience. I use it to clip, record and see performance metrics all the time. Also nothing wrong with updating drivers through it. Pretty sure Nvidia knows how to deliver driver updates.

I checked TCPView anyway and don't have nearly as many Nvidia related items there as in the video. The few Nvidia processes running on my PC use pretty much no resources. It's a non-issue.
