Definitely long intros. I skip the first minute of almost every YouTube video I watch because they just love to talk about random stuff that has almost nothing to do with the title of the video. I’ll watch a video on “How To Ride A Motorcycle” and the first 3 minutes of the 15 minute video will be a guy sitting in his living room playing with his dog lol.

I mean, that’s cool, people can “vlog” every moment of their lives and create extra content for their subscribers, but hardly any new viewer wants to see off topic stuff not mentioned in the video thumbnail or description. That includes paid/sponsored content and advertising of products like Raid: Shadow Legends lol.

This too. Drives me up the fucking wall and if its a DIY, sometimes it sits in the last minute of the video. So you had to listen to someone rambling on about random nonsense for 10 minutes only for them to address the subject in the last minute. Shit boils piss.

I only watch a documentary on Youtube, where people don't show their face 24/7 and did actual research to create one. Ahoy and Noclip are good examples of that when it comes to gaming.
Other than that, I only look up music. I don't follow or subscribe to anyone, youtubers generally annoy me as fuck with 5min long intro's, shitty ads in their video's and those thumbnails with their faces all over it.

"History of" videos that are just Wikia Fandom pages being read aloud.

Including trivia that is widely known to be false, and interesting facts that are common knowledge.

Long sections of boring drone footage.

TV style opening credits and unfunny opening skits.

I remember this channel from years back and went to go check what they've done recently. I immediately noticed their main channel was mostly abandoned for their 'MoreJStu' channel which is ultimately a Mr.Beast copycat.
