This game is simply too fringe, fundamentally boring and alien to take advantage of the usual bullshit "the devs listened!" post-sale marketing cycle grift. It's going to bomb nearly as hard as Concord did, there won't be momentum or executive appetite (Nobody wants to deal with the fallout of Jim Ryan's dumb as fuck executive decisions.) for miraculous patched in "turnarounds".Sure, agreed.
But I think the incentive is still there, as some games don't recover from a bad launch.
Sony have shown they have zero problem walking away from half-baked dumb shit like Concord mid-freaking-launch lmao.
