I want to purchase another version of XP pro for my other computer (been using a hacked version and tired of it ;P) but everywhere I look it is nearly $200...

I found a couple of websites that sell it for $50 but that seems like a scam maybe?

In reality, I only need the product/activation code so was hoping that sold cheaper somewhere since I didn't need all the packaging...and that would be instant.

So...

Anyone know of a safe/reputable place that has XP Pro at a decent price?

Newegg.com has OEM versions for about $140, but you need to buy "hardware" to qualify for the purchase. I have no idea what standard they use to determine whether you can get it.

Here's a site where I've bought my own copy of XP Pro SP2 OEM for a 100 dollars about 3 weeks ago. Instead of them mailing the XP package to you, you can just download the XP software from their site and burn it to a CD after paying for it.

Within 3 hours, after your payment is cleared, your name and address is automatically registered to Microsoft. Then an email is sent to you containing 2 links to WindowsXP Pro OEM software(Zipped or Image), a Product Key and a link to a free Alcohol 120% software along with it's product key.

I've tried out my downloaded XP on Microsoft's Windows Update website and it accepted it. Also, mines isn't the retail version, I think it's the corporate version because it has no Product Activation feature.
