I watched all of SAO. That's more than I can say for Attack on Titan. You know, Attack on Titan is a far better show than SAO. It's not great, but putting it in the same tier feels wrong. It's also better than Kill la Kill.

Sounds like the only one not interested in an earnest discussion is you.I'd like to have a nice argument but I'm afraid the idea is so rooted that I'd be better off talking to a wall.
What happens when Toonami picks up Attack on Titan?I've seen more of SAO at this point than AOT, but that's just because of ToonamiGAF.
What happens when Toonami picks up Attack on Titan?
And the results thread mysteriously never got made…If AOT wins AOTY, AnimeGAF will take it's ball and go home.
What happens when Toonami picks up Attack on Titan?
I'm surprised that they haven't already. Or do they wait for the show's run to end before making plans?
Well, has the show even been picked up for a dub yet? I have no doubt it will, but we're probably a little ways off from AOT on Toonami.I'm surprised that they haven't already. Or do they wait for the show's run to end before making plans?

Funi has a good relationship with New Toonami, so I can't imagine they would make it so expensive that Toonami couldn't air it.The first part is already available for pre-order on BluRay and such.
I assume it'll probably get announced in due time or Funi is asking for lots and lots of money for the TV rights.

I should use the next couple of weeks to marathon some shows before the voting ends. Need to check out Yozakura Quartet and Kyousougiga. Maybe Monogatari series since I stopped watching it after Bake ended, but I'm not sure if I want to put up with all the filth in Nise.

I like to pretend that SAO ended after Episode 14.
First part of SAO was also shit.

Yeah. I lasted about 4 episodes in. Desperately wanted to see Eren die horribly and knew that would never happen so I bailed.
The World God Only Knows - Magical Star Kanon 100%
Kanon-chan!!!
Well, this was adorable. I loved Kanon's songs before, but was always indifferent in the girl. It's always fun to see Elsie without Keima. Although Keima's little cameo was funny. "Next time, you're waiting in line! xD"
More cute songs and really nice animation made this a worthwhile watch.
True survival psychological horror.what
Attack on Titan is a poor mans The Drifting Classroom
Was it? It sure doesn't seem that way after watching the second part.
The holy grail of VHS rips.I wish I could get my hands on the live action adaptation.
True survival psychological horror.
Eh. While a bit dumb, episode 1 gave no indication of the horror we were going to witness.SAO was shit from about the very beginning.
Read it and find out!Do we get to see plenty more chairs?

And yet neither those reasons are why people hate the show. In fact some even said the MMORPG aspects were the only redeeming features of it.No, episode one shows that the author had yet to grasp the basic concepts of what MMORPGs actually entail and had the villain explaining his stupid, stupid plot.
Eh. I'd still say only judging based on episode one would lead you to think it was an unremarkable show but not necessarily a really bad one. There is a reason people decided to stick with it. Episodes 2 and 3 though were a right laugh. It certainly didn't show the full extent, but I think purely from the first episode it would be possible to discern that the show was at least going to be not-very-good, if not outright bad.
No, episode one shows that the author had yet to grasp the basic concepts of what MMORPGs actually entail
I must not understand them either then. The basic concepts seemed all there to me, with some stuff that I wish was in MMO's.
