Which ones outside of Monpiece and that Japan game music one had people mocking anime avatars?

If anything, it seems like people have become more tolerant of them in recent years. Before, anything remotely "moeish" or ecchi would get a "lol, icecream thread", but there's like actual discussion going on in that Akiba Strip thread and other threads.

have stayed with Seiya instead of Mamoru, regardless of whether he might be dead or not? Mamoru's relationship with her never seemed very real to me. I understand they are going for a "fated lovers" angle with those two, but you see Usagi and Seiya actually enjoying themselves a lot, whereas plenty of times it's almost as if Mamoru is just going out with Usagi because they were lovers in another lifetime.

If you take out the heart-wrenching part, that's basically most anime.

Anyway, the only thing that comes to mind is Elfen Lied which would probably make you more angry than feel like shit. If you're down for a movie you can try 5 centimeters per second.

Can't say this show doesn't look interesting at times.

Life as a rabbit isn't made easier when you get a bomb attached to your forehead. At least people want to help out and they find a way to disarm it. Don't sell the skin till you have caught the bear though.

Oh, and another appearance by R. Lee Ermey and some Pani Poni Kart racing.

Isn't most of the discussion in these threads generated by "anime avatars", though? I see a lot of Neptunia and Senran Kagura faces.

Oddly enough, the most striking thing in Aku no Hana that's kept with me ever since I finished was
the bizarre montage of future events in the last episode.
I really liked that, and I have a hard time figuring out why.

Did it do well enough for a season 2? I hated how it looked but the show was damn good.
