You truly are a bandwagoner since you left in "a Pizza Place." I remember when ABC dropped that portion (as well as the black owner of the establishment) from the title.
Coulda sworn there was a report when the rights to Blade reverted about Marvel having a meeting with Snipes.
The best thing that can come out of this is another Blade film (which funny enough, Ryan Reynolds was fucking awful in). Or Spawn.
You forgot

There really hasn't been one series that split the source material into two movies that have worked well imo
Harry Potter Deathly Hallows P2 was amazing, but P1 was a bore fest good god.
Duno if we will ever see the day where the studios make it work.
Snipes still has the moves. His role in The Player required fight scenes and he looked to be fit. I enjoyed the show. Dumb fun, but oh well.
Yeah, there was a rumor.Actually, guek correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't one of the rumors that Snipes would basically be the Whistler to his daughter, who would be the new Blade?
Been on his bandwagon since Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place!
Yeah, there was a rumor.

Or is that happening in the comics or something?
There was definitly something with Blade Movies, I am 100percent sure.Yeah, it was a bleedingcool rumor explaining why the daughter of Blade comic had been delayed. I don't recall the Blade as Whistler rumor though.
They would have to cut down all sorts of violent shit to get it to PG-13. It's not just nudity and swearing.
Comic book movies not as much though as other action blockbusters. While many movies are bringing in more overseas, comic book movies have often underperformed compared to domestic, or have done about equal business... and studios get less out of overseas sales than domestic due to all the various distribution deals they have to go through for the different territories. This isn't like Pirates 4 and other big movies that are making crazy large money overseas.
The overseas market is not going to save comic book movies.
That doesn't explain Thor which has little buzz & Xmen both of which has gotten great reviews.
I say burnout is setting in. Hero movies have been around for 10+ years now plus Green Lantern is no Batman, Superman, or Spiderman- all of whom are iconic.
Hero movies are the new 80's action flick (I'm probably exagerating considering Thor's gross). Maybe those will start coming back in full force.
I really don't see Captain America making that much money. It's coming out a week after Harry Potter. Transformers and Potter will make bank though.
It doesn't look good for Captain America. It certainly won't have the international audience to save it : (

I can imagine Shailene's pep talk to Miles during production.
"We've been in a good movie together once, and it can happen again. We just need to work through these contracts, and everything will be fine after that."
Most times, it's for him, but she needs to remind herself from time to time, as well.

You know, terrible "Deadpool" aside, the battle was pretty cool.
where were you for fifteen, young Reynolds as Billy the god
Deadpool got my money and it was worth it, movie was so good
smh zoolander, just like anchorman 2 , sequel after soooooooooooo long and it flopped![]()
A rated R Squirrel Girl movie?
Zoolander 2 should've been released in Dec. 2016
Paramount has a forte for comedy programming during the holidays, just look at Daddy' Home & Anchorman.
Everyone fears Star Wars
Tom Rothman, get rekt
Didn't Sisters do well also? And that came out the same day as Force Awakens.Eh, comedy's are great counterprogramming for the holiday season - who would've thought that Daddy's Home would gross near $150M?
It certainly wouldn't have in any other release period. But I get your point.
Would've loved to have Scott open the door in that scene at the X-Mansion, Wade makes some goody two shoes remark and Scott just yells for Negasonic to come to the door. Then while they're waiting, Wade asks him if Jean is around or dead again. Now give Deadpool that sequel with a proper budget please. And let them use whatever X characters and actors they want.

He's got another superhero clad in red spandex in his kill range. Thankfully, Spidey has people protecting him this time around, but Rothman's apathy towards genre films is boundless.
LOL dude would be a terrible blade.
Only person I can think of that looks bad enough is idris. And he's stuck as some wasteman on Thor. Marvel should reconsider allowing him to play another character or he should get on Fox or WB
Feige and Crew will keep Rothman far away as possible.
After Star Wars insane December success, GotG august run and now deadpool is February I hope movie companies start spreading their action blockbusters out more. If they are good they can succeed any month. B v S will be another nice litmus test.
I hope so. For as long as Feige has been trying to make this deal happen, it would be a shame to see it completely shit the bed because Rothman is a pathological asshole when it comes to superheroes.
March has already had a $400M domestic grosser.
