Troy Baker is everyone
Well....looks like I'm going to be busy for a while then.

Plug your details into that and it'll tell you exactly which parts you still need to do to unlock the achievement for flying. You're probably a lot closer than you think.
Edit: regarding the invasion ones, probably the only one you cant pick up for garrison resources to do in one day is The Pit so you'll need to keep an eye out for that to pop up on your mission table.
Troy Baker should voice Chris Metzen

Be nice if 6.2 was the last content patch where we had to listen to Chris Metzen growling at himself in the final raid encounter.
Huh, guess I'm not doing so bad after all.
Explore Draenor & Loremaster - 100%
Securing Draenor - 83.3%
Master Treasure Hunter - 56/100
That mount shall be mine! Not looking forward to Tanaan Diplomat though. I'm only 11% done with the reps and I have no clue where the next questline starts. ._.

Does unlocking the achievement on one character grant Dreanor flying on all of your characters too? There's no way in heck I'm going to be motivated to do all of that more than once or twice.
Yep, it's account wide. Works for level 90 and up.

It'll be easier to get rep this weekend due to the bonus Draenor rep event.
I'd have thought that if anyone is going to make some headway into the achievement needed for flying then now is a great time to do it?
The reps you get for the dungeons aren't needed at all for the flying requirement, and the ones needed for flying aren't earned in dungeons.
It helps that you picked the correct side to PvP on. Your experience as Horde may be quite the opposite.
That worse, huh?
*hugs my human PvP rogue* :3
Check out the graph for PvP victories. This has never been so far apart.
I want long term investments we can sink our teeth into that aren't "raid each week" and "group up to kill elites for a few hours".

I don't think that is going to happen as long as we have the same development people in charge. There haven't been any overwhelmingly good additions to the game in a very long time. They have been moving towards raiding being the only real progression in the game with everything else just being supporting or "chore" like activities and would have to make a huge shift so that raiding is just one of several end game character progression activities. Also, they have said they liked how stuff like garrisons turned out so it seems unlikely that much will change from how warlords was designed. Unless they come out on the stage and say "hey, we are sorry, warlords was a mess and we are making big changes so that isn't repeated", you can expect the next expansion to be more of the same.I want long term investments we can sink our teeth into that aren't "raid each week" and "group up to kill elites for a few hours".
I honestly don't know what to expect out of this, but I do hope its an improvement over what people have been saying about Warlords. Not too much to have optimism, right?
