I think for pure quality scare tactics, the best ad ever has to be the one where the little girl is picking flowers and then, because Barry Goldwater is president, a nuclear bomb explodes.

Ad Council is one of the greatest sources of both humor and endless shame in humanity.

All-time favorite Ad Council moment: During the Super Bowl, you know, that three hour beer commercial wrapped around a contest of some sort, a commercial comes up in which a couple is looking at a pregnency test. It comes up positive, then they look over at their young daughter on the bed. Who got knocked up because she was high.

In the middle of three solid hours of beer commercials.

"They're the youngest grandparents on the block" because of marijuana.

Between non-stop beer ads.

Yeah. You keep with the terrorist angle, Ad Council.
