It's impossible that Vince, Steph or Hunter didn't know what was going on. Didn't Hunter even have cameras installed at the training center to watch since NXT is his baby. Wrestling has always been a dirty business but they tend to always manage someone else being the scape goat fully so they're not themselves the target.

I think the main thing to this whole situation is how WWE said they've "done a thorough investigation and found no wrong doings" when there were people who filled a complaint about Demott and were never questioned. That was a horrible choice of words from their PR department. They blatantly tried to cover this whole thing up which was not going to look good if a lawsuit actually occurred in the future. I mean the freaking strength coach was fired when other wrestler filled complaints to him about Demott and he attempted to schedule a meeting to deal with the situation. I'm sure Demott will be back probably in an office role once this whole thing cools off.

mostly all the complaints pre-dates when they installed the camera's. The complaints dropped to practically zero since they've installed the camera.

They assuredly knew. DeMott is just a big kiss ass so they probably liked him well enough.

Also remember the whole Alberto Del Rio-WWE media guy who ran their Twitter page.

They probably didn't want to hire Hardcore Holly because of what happened with Matt Cappotelli.

"I'm being rough on them to show them that pro-wrestling isn't easy..."

I'm sure Hardcore Holly is a nice guy but this is such bullshit machismo.... Just doing pro-wrestling is enough to show you that it isn't easy, you don't have to take advantage of your opponent, who is giving you their body, by beating them up to teach them that... They did shit like this in WCW Power Plant and that costed Brett Hart his career.

Wasn't Al Snow head trainer at one point? What happened to him?

Al Snow is a producer or agent in TNA now and is the face of their weed knock off of Tough Enough TNA do where they bring in lesser known indie talent.

People tell me Triple H apparently doesnt like Snow for some reason so dont expect him back I guess.

The problem inherent is that guys like Bob Holly and Ric Flair were trained that way, so to them THAT is how the business should be run - you beat respect into newcomers. BUT the flaw with that logic, as others have mentioned, is two-fold.

1) You don't really respect the people training you.
2) It creates a cycle of abuse.

But wrestling has always been weird. Back in the 00s they gave people shit for playing video games instead of going out and drinking. Add in the stupid 'business casual' dress code in the WWE, even backstage...

I'm surprised that the WWE still employed him; he was a low carder in WCW and fizzled out after Invasion died down.

I think they did let him go at some point in the 00's but brought him back for that new Tough Enough serine a few years ago and he got a job in developmental afterwards.

All I got for the Vernal Equinox was this stupid tag
I thought there was an issue with Albert making some racist comments towards and even getting physical with Sakamoto when he was doing that Lord Tensai gimmick.

He made a Tout with a squinty eyes joke.

He smacked Sakamoto while driving telling him to "open his eyes'.

In all fairness, way more racist stuff has happened on camera like Sheamus getting the taco shits and crapping all over Del Rio's car.

i'm happy that stuff like that is leaving this business. That's and the racist and sexist remarks need to get out.

he is one of HHH boys so when HHH became head of Talent Relations, he was pretty much guaranteed a job back
