I will hold onto the dream. Dont let me down Bork.

I've skipped only three matches so it ain't too bad

But goddamn why didn't anyone notify about the goddess Paige? Dat shade of white. Delicious

What's the best pg era ppv?

Money in the Bank 2011 (solely because of the Punk angle - should have started a new era, to be honest), and Wrestlemania 30

I'm looking forward to Ambrose v. Rollins. I've really enjoyed their feud and Ambrose has become my current favorite so here's hoping for a good match.

Looking forward to seeing Brock kick the snot out of Cena and become champion :-) and i'm not exactly the biggest fan of Brock's. I couldn't stand him 12 years ago when he was pushed as the next big thing (always felt Shelton Benjamin got dudded in comparison lol :-/) - however when it came to Brock vs The Rock i was firmly in Brock's corner back then as i was over The Rock at that point in time (he's entertaining in small doses, but i had basically started getting sick of him in 2001 - i was firmly behind Jericho during their feud back then as well!!). I hated how he did the promo trashing SCSA for talking his ball and going home, when he effectively did the same thing multiple times due to his movie career.

The Rock vs Brock match itself was epic and i hope Cena - Brock delivers in the same way.

Bork is going to kill Cena, I can't wait to watch it.

Oh you naive little creatures, haven't you noticed how the odds are stacked against Cena? This is the only thing you're going to see at the end of the PPV:

Looking forward to Cena vs Bork, not sue if Bork's winning, but I could definitely see them dragging this out until Hell in a Cell at least. Also, morbidly curious to see how Steph vs Brie plays out. Rollins vs Ambrose should be a lot of fun, same goes for Rusev vs Swagger - not sure who wants to see Reigns vs Orton, though. That one sounds terribly dull on paper.

Thank god, a WWE-only thread. This should give me a safe haven from terrible indie wrestling gifs for a few days.

I think Brock will win in Summerslam
So then Cena get his rematch win in Wrestlemania

Vince logic behind it is:
Wrestlemania 30: Brock beat The Undertaker
Wrestlemaina 31: Cena beat Brock

Cena > Brock > The Undertaker streak
Cena > The Undertaker streak
Cena wins

Vince regrets not letting Cena end the streak

yet this is Vince so who knows maybe Cena wins both

I think the plans are be what everyone thinks they are, Brock keeps the title until 'mania where Reigns takes it from him and becomes "the man"

The biggest problem with this is that Roman isn't nearly as good as he needs to be yet and unless there's improvement I think there's a real chance of Roman getting Batista treatment at the Rumble for not being Daniel Bryan (if he's healed) or Dean Ambrose (taking off far more than Roman)

At this rate Reigns is more likely to get the "Batista at RR 2014" treatment than the "Batista at RR 2005" treatment they want.

Anyone have that old pic of Punk where his entire torso is covered in hair? Not just his pecs like in his early WWE days but his entire torso. I googled hairy CM punk and can't find it, just ones with his pecs.

Is it bad that Brie/Stephanie is my main reason for watching Summerslam this year? I mean, I'm also interested in Ambrose/Rollins, AJ/Paige and Orton/Reigns, but Steph has been killing it in these recent segments.

Not until most of his core fan base is in high school or all the Make a Wish kids run out of wishes.

How about a cena "hulk rage" mode. Where he kicks ass uncontrollably when facing a heel/"bad guy". He keeps the good image but starts kicking some ass. Dudes always been huge - he should start destroying fools sometime, right?

So I signed up for the trial and forgot to cancel it just before Mania so I watched it and it was a good time. I have then since moved and don't have cable so I didn't watch much RAW/Smackdown. I watched the ladder match of MITB (LOLCENAWINS), and am interested in watching summerslam.

What do I need to know to be "caught up" for mania? Or anything on the network I should watch tonight/tomorrow afternoon?

From what I remember, it was a pre-WWE CM Punk. The photo had a light blue background (might be wrong). It looked like a trading card photo almost, a cheap one.

Watch the Brock/Cena special. You'll get hyped for the match. It's awesome.

I haven't watched WWE in a few months because things were getting exceptionally shit, but I'll watch Summerslam and see what happens. I'm a big fan of Brock so it should be worth watching just for that match. Have things improved in WWE recently and is Bryan returning soon?

I normally don't watch wrestling but my brothers and nephews do. So I'm very excited to see Cena bury someone else, and watch them complain lol

Brock broke the streak solely to give Cena the maximum possible odds to overcome. When Cena wins (lol), that'll be it for Cena's career. Nothing can top it. No mountains left to climb.

anyone that thinks otherwise hasn't been following WWE for the past decade

A Cena match is more predictable than a Yuke's game
