To be honest... I would not be surprised if we did find out that it is Triple H doing and not Vince.
Vince and Steph yeah, I said that earlier.
It's hard to say for sure as Vince has been stepping back and letting those two handle matters of all sorts more and more lately.

WWE is playing with fire here but since they have their own medical staff and don't have a independent body do it couldn't they "lose" any proof that shows Punk went to see this doctor?
The whole thing smells of Vince or HHH being butthurt but hopefully this shines some light on some of WWE's questionable medical / drug policies.

I've seen the video but it really looks like the scar is closer to the buttcheek than the waist area which is where it looks like it is in the pic. The one in the pic looks more left to the one in the video.
Maybe someone can overlay them so we can do some deep analysis.
