I just applied to the ambassador program. I wish I had done that sooner. Hopefully that means I get into this beta. I love doing stuff like this.
 
Wait I got in but it told me to register and that they will tell me in 48 hours if I got in? I don't get it. I didn't get into anything besides the chance to apply?

The hell? It's a division of a much larger company. They're speaking for their separate division. Why is this unusual?

There's no implication that people don't know Xbox is from MS either. What an odd criticism.

I hope this beta doesn't have privacy issues like one of the previous 360 dash updates did. Giving Microsoft permission to record all voice data, bing searches and identifiable personal information to be kept indefinitely and used plus shared however MS saw fit was definitely crossing a line with me. There was also some strange legalese that implied this would continue beyond the test too.

Anyone have access to the terms and conditions yet?
 
I think people are missing the point of the referrals. People weren't going into that thread on the official forums and referring other people... anyone (last time I checked) could access it and refer themselves, that is what people were doing.
 
Well, I tested the last 360 dashboard update but didn't get an invite for this one, anyone know when the cut off date for the invites is?

Also, what is this I hear about referrals?
