what's the best strategy to scoop up an S without a preorder? You guys have any ideas?
I basically refreshed the Walmart page all day long. Missed out on one earlier and then a second time. Third time was a charm.what's the best strategy to scoop up an S without a preorder? You guys have any ideas?

Plugged in my XB1X hard drives and BAM!, ready to go. What an incredible console. Most seamless transition I have ever had.
PS: Thanks for the gold!
Just get a small usb fan to exhaust the heat out the back of the entertainment center.I’ve had my series X running all day since I got it this morning and I noticed that it gets really hot when I have it siting vertically in my entertainment center, which means I have to take it out and have it stand up horizontally which is super annoying.
This seems to be happening to a few people.Amazon updated my shipping . it has shipped and arriving tomorrow. Booooo youuu amazon!! Boooooo.
That's the best father and son moment that the internet ever provided me
You be like:My Series X was delivered. I opened the box and realized I have no idea where I am going to put this fucking thing lol
I had planned for a vertical placement but it's gonna have to be horizontal.

that sounds strange. did the drive fill up or something?Reposting this here because my dumbass put it in the meme thread on accident:
Having an issue with my Series X...
When I first turned it on everything worked just fine, played a couple rounds of Fuser with no issues. Then I decided to queue up my most played games before running out to eat, including Rock Band 4.
I was specifically curious about downloading Rock Band 4, as the Xbox One and even the One X seem to have a really hard time dealing with all of the DLC files for that one. So I queued up the 800+ files and left.
Now that I am back, I am unable to move within the dashboard or the guide menu, if I do anything on the dashboard the screen just turns black (can still open the guide like this though). Within the guide, I can only move one before it closes itself. I literally cannot do anything on this console now except for play Fuser. I thought about just factory resetting the thing, but apparently I have to do this from within the guide menu that I can't operate.
I'm not sure why this is happening but I'm guessing it's because of the downloads. I have no way to check the queue so I don't know what to do now other than play Fuser or plug the One X back in.
Very frustrating. Anybody else have any similar issues?
EDIT: Seems I can still switch games using the Xbox phone app. Gives me some hope that I'm not totally fucked
You should send it back and ask for a new one.My series x was manufactured in July. Spencer you’ve been holdin out on us.
It is just a dumb meme!Xbox is pretending to be trans on ResetEra?
Ugh having so many issues with the downloads. I know Xbox live was down earlier but I’m getting lots of issues downloading games. I have it set to instant on and every time I turn on Xbox the installations are stopped or out of order etc. Driving me insane.
This is drastically better than the original. Dieing could take a couple minutes to spawn back in depending on the environment and was one of the prime criticisms of the game.

Someone needs to make a thread with a list of the enhanced titles currently available.
I know there is Ori, Forza, Gears and Apex. I see Destiny 2 is “releasing December 8th.
This is a decent chart from Windows Central. Don't know how accurate it is. The header is out of alignment, but it's still easy to tell.Someone needs to make a thread with a list of the enhanced titles currently available.

There is. My XSX IS SHOWING LIKE 3 games for it. Apex, Gears, Forza. If Im not wrong, actually the new Games & Apps section has a filter showing just that. Hopefully will confirm myself next week hah

Current and upcoming releases with 120fps support...
When I unboxed mine, I had the SX in my lap for a good 20 mins, just enjoying having it with me, before it goes under the TV for years and years to come.Mine has been sitting next to me all day. Can't wait to actually play it.

edit: I take that back, it looks correct.
Confused why it doesn’t show Apex though.
