It's better but not better enough to be worth buying if you have an original one to be honest. Especially since you played even Monster Hunter with the remote + nunchuck setup (like me, I think it's the superior control scheme, I love all the little intuitive gesture shortcuts for certain moves and such, both of us will probably end up playing Xenoblade with that setup too). I only really use the Classic Controller for games like Tatsunoko vs Capcom and even that game also only has 4 main buttons so I don't mind the inferior shoulder button placement and style much since they're just used for extra combination shortcuts. Maybe if you have lots of VC games it's worth it though.jling84 said:Just wondering how is the controller that comes with the CE for playing games that support the classic controller like Xenoblade? How does it compare to the OG classic controller? I have one that came bundled with MoHun, but I never opened it.
PixyJunket said:@RPGCrazied, when did your order ship from zavvi? I'm in Texas too. Mine shipped yesterday.
I will be, when it arrives. 46" Samsung LCD.
If you haven't yet youBlazingDarkness said:I've just reached Gaur Plain, both Shulk and Reyn are level 21, gonna do some exploring before I move on with the story, so many places to see D:

Very fair.Stumpokapow said:I used the last of my Mercy Points to change the title, so I think it goes without saying that anyone dumb enough to sacrifice their account after this point in the thread is going to get the book thrown at them.
Beautifully done dude.Reveirg said:Turns out I had a bit of free time at work today, so I decided to write a simple piano arrangement of the main theme and record it:

Yeah, I'm THAT hyped about the game!
I'll be playing on my 42" Panny Viera I just got last week, whenever the game gets here.RPGCrazied said:Anyone else playing this on a HDTV?
The only button presses you can do is speeding it up. Not sure if speeding it up does anything?SecretMoblin said:Question for those who are playing/have played: is the gem crafting based on timed button presses? I saw a video of it and it looked like it was a little more involved than just watching the characters create gems.
Not as far as I know. Just toss into the blender and watch from what I recall.SecretMoblin said:Question for those who are playing/have played: is the gem crafting based on timed button presses? It was about $77 bucks as I remember.anaron said:I'm sure this has been asked and I apologize in advance for asking about it anyway - to my fellow canadians, how much did the total come to ordering the CE from GAME?

It's going to be a much cleaner image.. But it'll still be SD and there's only so good it can look.Airgetlam said:Anyone play this on an HDTV? Are you using composite/480i? If so, the component cables will make a dramatic difference.Airgetlam said:Anyone play this on an HDTV? just don't explore during the night in dark places. lolSennorin said:Played 2 more hours without really progressing in the story. The Gaur area is beautiful. But I´m starting to get scared by all these randomly appearing level 75 and such monsters, lol. Always hoping that they won´t rush at me.
Btw. where has Iwan gone? Have collected the 4 items he wanted. Damn, come back, Iwan!
