What he's doing is technically within the spirit of the experiment and anarchy, so I don't see what the problem is.
Is there? Genuine question I don't really watch Stream stuff outside of this but it seems like it would fit the definition of "Raiding".

It's all well and good to do that from within the twitch page yourself but to use you channel to rally your viewers to troll another stream just seems super petty.
He's really just doing it for the attention though. TPP is like, one of the biggest things on Twitch at the moment so he's just trying to ride it's coattails. He trolls the stream on his channel, word reaches the viewers of TPP, they click his link to see if he really is doing that, he gets more views and gets known.
I just reported him. This has to be against the rules, right?

In a way it is and it isn't. It's like using bot or dupe accounts to influence the game. Yeah, it's not breaking the rules because there aren't any but it's not in the spirit of it. He's using his viewers/subscribers as bots basically to get the game to play out how he wants.

Sounds like a leader instilling some order out of the chaos, starting his own kingdom. Soon, other nations will rise to combat him and so on and so on
He's trying to release Pidgeot, which we don't want. He wants to sabotage our game, so we're going to try to stop him. Like we'd try to stop everyone else. His stunt has basically held back the game for like the past hour, too.

I guess it's up to the streamer's reaction to this raid to determine whether this falls in conduct or not. I still think it's a jerk move since it's one guy commanding all his followers.

at least in the speedrunning community, "raiding" consists of "hey everyone go view x person's channel and spam y"
of course, where 1) the intent is to gave the other guy more exposure and 2) it obviously isn't affecting the actual stream
I don't see the big deal. It's all part of the experiment. Losing Pidgeot would be pretty funny. it's all about the journey, not the destination.
I think the sheer volume of reports might affect the outcome.

Its not really in the spirit of the experiment or anarchy since its a controlled event by him and his followers. Lets just call it what it is, he wants to be known at the person who released Bird Jesus. I also reported him for raiding.

I doubt the person running this stream gave permission to that other dude to send his viewers to TPP for a raid, all while re-streaming it in the process.
This aren't players randomly trying to play the game in anarchy. This is another Twitch streamer trying to actively troll the game, probably to get some more views on his own channel. Scum.

I don't think that trolls have really been a huge factor in stopping progress. It's usually imprecise inputs like not being able to select the right moves, unwise decisions like using the PC, or lag that keeps people from getting through tricky spots like the Rocket Hidout mazes.

I'm astonished that we haven't thrown the Master ball away. I guess it's to far down the list.
Given the material it generates there is a morbid fascination in seeing just what happens. But for the sake of actually maybe beating the game, yeah, better this doesn't go through.
