You can start it in early September, but it's a nighttime link, so it's possible that you could've missed it. Getting him from Rank 9-10 requires a brief trip to Officer Lethal Weapons and you can only obtain his lovers route by pestering him after the Link is completed, though.

I was very fond of Arram.
From what ive seen of John, he seems like an awesome dude. So glad that Atlus tends to find the right people for PR/Community roles.
His first PR video labeled him as "John Hardin, AKA: "Not Aram"". It was pretty funny.

Well lucky for you, there's FemMC who does get a Koromaru SL.
It's probably the best SLink in the game. Although I'm at rank 9 Librarian and I have to say that Saori is p.much my favorite non-party SLink in this game. They did a really, really good job on that one. Especially because you get to
stick it to Mr. Ekoda in Rank 9, after that shit bastard suspended your friend with no evidence.
