Yeah. Figuring out that the necklace = poison, and that a stone was missing, so soon after the episode aired is such a stretch. Unfortunately it's kind of impossible to prove and I guess that information would make its way into the thread eventually.I don't believe for a second there aren't stealth fuckers in there. They figured out the pearl all on their own? Yeah right. I didn't even notice it.![]()
You know is that actually Sigur ros Joffrey throws the money at during the wedding?

Ah I'm so slow. I just got the point of the maester scene. It's to remove him from providing aide. The first of many bad decisions from cesri to come

Yea. But it removes him from the area so people don't wonder why he did anything. Not that he'd have been able to do anything anyway considering how fast it killed him.
What pearl? Are you talking about the poison?
I've been expecting Penny to be excised - that whole storyline's just a bit awkward.Re-watching the dwarf fight, the one playing Robb, while you never get a clear look at his face, it is clearly a male when he shouts "I am King of the North.

We don't know that. One of the dwarfs was masked the entire time.

I was purposefully looking for this when I watched the episode and still missed it haha.

This preview makes me think Sam is already heading off to Oldtown. I guess they aren't sending Aemon if that's the case
That's impossible. Ygritte is still alive, Jon isn't the LC yet.

I know, unless they are radically altering his reasons for leaving. Then again he could just be taking Gilly away from the wall for now since the Wildlings are coming
Maybe I'm forgetting something in the books about the necklace.
Why the fuck would Olenna go through this trouble of having Dontos give Sansa a poison necklace, just so Olenna could try and steal it back and palm it at the wedding and then slip it in Joffrey's cup?
How exactly is that easier than just carrying the poison and dropping it in the cup? How does her plan benefit from the poison first having to go to Sansa and then go through this very risky pickpocketing plan? Something that someone might have noticed her doing? Or Sansa may not have worn the necklace at all.
Was there any reasonable explanation for this in the book?
The illogic of that whole scenario is one thing that makes me positive that guy in the other thread read the book. The leap makes no sense if you've only seen the show. The "the whole scene with the fool stuck out like a sore thumb and that's how he made the leap" makese no sense -- that would lead you to think Dontos was the poisoner, not Olenna.
Same here. I knew what was up and still missed it initially. Makes you wonder about those guys in the other thread..

Petyr Baelish gave it to Dontos, didn't he?

Show will be forever inferior if they don't show us Ser Pounce and Lady Whiskers.
Didn't you called yourself a show poster earlier in this thread?

Escape Goat is and he wandered in here. I was just pointing that out.

But Cersei is Queen Regent now. She's ruling.
That guy misspelling Tyrion as "Tirion" and Shae as "Chae" comes off as suspicious too. At this point into the 4th season, if you're misspelling Tyrion you must be doing it intentionally.
