I don't think so. Germany always plays to win. If it's still tied near the end of the match, sure, they might stop taking risks. But unless Klinsmann has some connections I'm sure Germany will actually try.

Indeed the media will do their best to compell them to go all out on the USA. Drawing them wont be an option out of the gate... but you never know, I wouldn't be surprised if the players of both sides would be a little bit more cautious than usual.
