My first thought was Yakuza Isshin localisation, as that image reminded me of the strip rock paper scissors Geisha. It probs wont be that but I can hope.
Why would NIS Japan tease a PS3/PS4 game localization, with a Vita picture to boot?
It´s not NISA I think, this is Nippon Ichi so it´s a new Japanese game.

This is a teaser for NIS in Japan, not their US division. Japan has already received Yakuza Ishin.
Vita got the(awesome) Yakuza Ishin app and nothing excludes that next images will have PS3/4 in them.
But this is NIS not NISA, so it's a new game.

Maybe because of the colors and the Japanese kimono, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean it's going to be a Muramasa type game, especially given that the images are less of princesses and samurais and more of courtesans.
