SDCC: Last of Us movie announced.

Speaking of the movie Prisoners (which i just saw too), there's a music theme throughout the whole movie (clearly heard when they first find Paul Dano in the van) that is strangely familiar to the same tune played out during the end of the Uncharted 4 E3 teaser (as the title name appears).

Any correlation?
 
Get Rory McCan as Joel so we can get that Aria & The Hound movie where they kick ass and crack wise across a mutant cannibal infested wasteland.
 
I'm not sure Sam Raimi is the right choice for the movie. His movies have the tendency to be a little too camp for my taste. Something that certainly doesn't fit a story like The Last of Us.

I certainly hope Druckmann will have a lot of say in how the movie is done [highly doubtful. His role will most likely limit itself to script writing). Because his directorial debut with the game was pretty much [near] flawless.

Raimi wont be directing, he'll just be signing checks.
