A desperate plea:

Xur comes tomorrow and I am exactly 3 strange coins away from my first exotic weapon. Anyone willing to team up for the Weekly Heroic on level 26 difficulty?

Lies and slander. They are my go to weapon for Praetorians. Huge targets and they love teleport rushing you down.
 
I can't wait for Shadow of mordor in my mailbox so I can feel what its like to make progress in a video game again.

Stupid raid limit means I am stuck at level 28 unless RNG decides not to be a fucking prick and give me the gear I need to level up instead of ass shards and energy for the second time in a row.

Fuck the light system, just fuck it.

That's how I feel. I'm waiting for my...gamestop credit card(Don't ask) to buy Shadow of Mordor.

Destiny as a concept is amazing. The gameplay? Top notch. The execution of the systems accompanying the gameplay? Could use alot of work. I'll come back to it when the expansion hits. Hopefully they fix alot of the core issues by then.

If you put the shards in your gear you get to lvl 29. That opens up raid hard mode too. Im 29 its not so bad.
 
Joined a random Chinese raid group via someone on my FL and they used a funny strategy to kill the Templar. Apparently you can hide on one of the floating rocks which pretty much makes the fight a LOT easier.
 
I am looking to raid around midnight EST on my hunter if you don't mind having a 26 along. I have completed it on my titan and I have gotten to the final boss on my 26 warlock.

Well generally in like a raid or in Nightfalls/heroics with ligthswitch turned on I just don't feel comfortable getting that close. :P

Which rock? since you need to have a good enough view to kill oracles at the same time.

No you dont. Relic person gets on platform as well and sits behind everyone else and just constantly cleanses when you get marked and uses super when necessary. Plenty of groups have cheesed the level 30 raid this way.

No they just stay close to the relic holder that cleanses them every now and then, personally I don't like the method since it takes longer than when you do it the normal 'skillful' way.

But then I waste all those shards and materials for gear I may not use for long and then have to collects more materials to upgrade the new gear.

If collecting ass shards and materials wasn't a fucking chore I'd do it but nope. Its the most monotonous thing I think I have done in a game all year.

No? I have to run in circles looking for some of the worst chests I have ever opened in a game? I think in all the time I have spent chest running only 4 chests actually felt like REAL LOOT CHESTS.

I just did dust palace on my alt. It threw me into a group that was already on the boss, so that was nice. Anyway, we killed the last boss, and right after a dropship came. It opened its doors to drop off mobs, but quickly after the doors shut and it took off. "NOPE" I thought it was funny, lol.

If you must know, it's my first credit card. I haven't bothered getting a secure credit card at my bank, since well, I'm a bit blessed when it comes to not having debt. So I've been rejected at places like Wal-Mart, my bank, etc. for getting a credit card. So I applied on a farce and well...got accepted. To my surprise. So here we are. I don't plan on buying alot and not paying it off, if that's what you're wondering.
 
Tuesday night I had 14 motes of light. Now I have 27. Should be able to play Xur's exotic lottery again this week afterall!
 
One time I can actually play when a random raid forms I miss it by a second I should just sell my copy and stop hoping for a group without matchmaking.


Way to hide all of your measely appealing pve content to big groups with a fuck all in game clan or lfg system. Fuck you bungie.
 
Ahh.. just got my first exotic bounty option. I don't know anything about this. Can I choose later or will it go away if I exit the vendor?


I can choose between A voice in the wilderness, shattered memory fragment or toland's legacy. I'm pretty comfortable with pulse rifles (especially since AR are supposedly getting a nerf?) so is that one worth it / pretty doable for someone who isn't a nightfall or PVP player yet? (I see that I need 10k points for pvp.. I'm terrible but maybe I can grind that out slowly.

Which would you guys pick?
 
Yo fuck this game, did the entire raid normal mode got nothing but shards, so I was like yeah let's hit 29 and do hard mode it should be better right but then Bungie doesn't have a streakbreaker and I got nothing but fucking ass energy. This shit is so frustrating.

You can choose later, the ticket will remain in your inventory until you choose an exotic bounty or discard the ticket. The ticket occupies one bounty slot.

I was hanging out in the game earlier and I was getting lots of invites from RAIDERS. I couldn't get involved because I was only playing for a quick strike, and I couldn't stay on for the length of the RAID. I think if you friend a lot of GAFFERS and just hang out in the game with a high level Guardian then there are a lot of people looking to RAID.

Shards are everywhere. Im fully sharded out with extra to spare. You get them in dailies public events weeklies raids dissassembling legendaries amd exotics. They are everywhere.

I'd be fucking souped to see the raid even if it deleted my lv 28 when I'm done.

At this point I've spent more time looking for groups to do nightfalls/raid/weekly heroic than I do playing this shitty treadmill.

Pocket Infinity is the way to go but getting 10 rare fusion rifles can be a pain.
 
Got a random invite to a group from someone on my friends list, said what the hell, and joined. Turns out we went in and bodied the hard mode raid. Everything besides the final boss gave me shards and energy, the final boss gave me the legendary sparrow, raid helmet, and the auto rifle with void damage. C:
