From is no doubt amazing at bosses, platinum as well
it would be hard to chose which developer does bosses better, because their gameplay systems are often different, but i feel like these are the top 2 when it comes to bosses in current gaming, no doubt..

When you get to the Hunter's Dream, there's gonna be some messengers by a staircase that give you a weapon and a gun
The messengers on the stairs of the Hunter's Dream leading up to the house give you your weapons.

Actually I used my gun so whenever he attacks I shot him then press r1 and boom big chunk of his blood gone. did it 4 or 5 times and the rest were normal hits. just know the timing and don't be greedy two hit and then get away from him until you beat him.

How is the difficulty compared to DemSouls and DarkSouls? I have played both and are some of my fav games. Is it much easier compared to them as some reviews say? That will be a disappointment if true.

Guys how do you make your ps4 not go into sleep/rest mode once idle. Can you make it take like an hour or something I had to go out to get something to eat and when I was back my ps4 was in rest mode..... But I had to start the game again.. Can you make it take longer than 15 minutes??
you can stun him by using the
music box from his daughter
or by shooting him at the right time.

The game autosaves, you can just exit and you'll be where you last were when you start the game up again.

I just downed him on my first try...pretty much just patience.
Not sure what I did but I was able to target his head once/twice and it put him into that crazy stagger for a massive 320+ hit. Aside from that I just picked my spots.
Yes. There is a way to stagger it but I haven't figured out how.

OK wtf . Still early in the game haven't even found the first boss, got past the bonfire with all the villagers, made it to the bridge, went in the house and fought a lady in a wheelchair etc and I fond a warp to the hunter's dream and I think "finally a checkpoint/warp area' so I go to the hunter's dream and now I can't warp back to where I left off? I gotta start at the beginning of Central Yarnham agaian and do that all over? Am I missing something?
Just exit to the menu and the game saves where you are.

This boss fight went right down to the wire, was actually quite tough, wasn't sure what was going on during the fight and then right at the end it really threw me off. Did the fight again in someone else's worlds and it was soooooo much easier with another player, ridiculously easier. I think I might be a bit under leveled though only level 30.

Haven't started playing this yet (releases tomorrow here), so I shouldn't really be in here, but... "PREY SLAUGHTERED", really? Pretty lame. Should have been "YOU HUNTED" (which I though it was going to be), sooooo much more badass. Or at least something somewhat cool like "BEAST SLAIN". "PREY SLAUGHTERED" is just weak. My guess is they don't work when the network is being hammered - or should I say...KIRKHAMMERED.....sorry.
Don't worry, blood echoes are easy to come by. You will lose many thousands of echoes in your playthrough, yet you'll find many many more. You should just spend them whenever you can to level up, upgrade, buy items, etc. hoard them only if you have something expensive in mind to spend them on.
For some weird reason they choose not to play it when you start a new game. If you just sit on the title screen for like 60 seconds you get it. It's more Demon's Souls style though, where it sets a mood rather than tells a story. No narration, just the hunt.
