I don't think there's anyway this even gets close to 60fps unless they're on PS4 and target 900p.

Looks basically on par with Battlefield 4 for the PC. I would expect the game will look similar to BF4 on the PS4 hopefully with some slight frame rate and graphics improvements.

BF4 was a buggy mess, but it delivered visually.

I definitely have to go with the feeling that it looks too good to be true. Footage will probably use "in-game assets" but rendered up the wazoo, just like that bullshot in the OP, leaving people to imagine what it's going to look like at 900/720p@30fps.
