While this looks awesome...

1) No way we see that sort of fidelity on consoles. (unless framerate is sacrificed)

2) I'll be disappointed if all we get as far as a trailer goes is this sort of pre-rendered/animated sequence. It might be "in-engine" but it's not gameplay. Let's see some gameplay dammit!

Probably what they do with Racing Games (like Forza) at E3: set up a mock cockpit for the game (assuming they have aerial focused missions like Battlefront 2).
