Can't wait for whatever they announce. I feel like I'm living in 1980 with my OG 5
I have the 4 dude. Since 2010.
It's about time to upgrade.

This, and lollipop sucks as does my s6I am excited to get a iphone 6s. I am absolutely sick of android and google. Hopefully the new camera is a big jump.
AMOLED display like the apple watch would be nice, but probably won't happen until iOS 10 or so when they merge the watchOS UI in.
At the very least, hoping for some nice haptic feedback with whatever they do with force touch.
Really thinking about the 6S+ this time around. Hmmmm. Anyone here went from 6 to 6+?
Yes I read those rumors myself. I can't see Apple creating a stylus. I could be wrong but that just doesn't seem right. Not really Apple's style-LUS.
I'm not convinced 2GB is good enough after experiencing how poorly 1GB RAM is on my 6+. It's terrible. Multitasking is nonexistent and Chrome constantly crashes.Rumoured specs say yes.
I thought Steve Jobs absolutely hated the idea of a stylus.

Why would force touch be useful?
The iPad Air 2 doesn't experience that.I'm not convinced 2GB is good enough after experiencing how poorly 1GB RAM is on my 6+. It's terrible. Multitasking is nonexistent and Chrome constantly crashes.

Apple introduced an iOS9 feature that auto deletes apps and frees up more storage when it is time for an OS update. That's a clear indication that Apple knows many of their customers are having space issues. By trying to 'solve' it with software they are pinching pennies for hardware profits
What's the word on the rumored upres to the screens? Was there any truth to it or are they still expected to be the same as the current phones?
have heard nothing about changing screen resolution on either phone. expect the exact same ppi
Really hoping this isn't true. 1080p is perfectly fine at 5.5 inches unless you want VR stuff, I'd rather have the battery life :/
If they managed to hide the front camera and proximity sensor on the white iPhone, that will look so clean.

The iPhone 5C caters to the budget consumer, I would imagine a no frills version with the least possible cost of inputs is to their advantage for that model. I think the 16gb limit is bullshit honestly, but from a business standpoint I can understand the reasoning, they realistically probably see a very large portion of their userbase not using storage.
All I want is for them to sell unlocked iPhones on day one, same time as locked ones

If by bleh you mean revolutionize mobile gaming, okay.If force touch on iPhone means the same thing as on Apple Watch, ie invisible menus, then bleh.
The T-Mobile ones are unlocked and SIM free. Don't know for sure since I bought it unlocked and used it on T-Mobile anyway. But my girl used it as a Verizon phone for a little bit while her phone was broken.
How so?If by bleh you mean revolutionize mobile gaming, okay.
Mobile gaming sucks right now for one reason: no buttons. Add Force Touch and voila, mobile games no longer suck. How so?
Hm, true. T-mobile ones are always totally unlocked. Does T-mobile usually get the new iphones at launch?
Just buy the phone directly from Apple.
Bro I work at Apple. As far as I know, they don't have unlocked phones until like three months after launch. At least, phones listed as "unlocked." Might be able to swing that T-mobile thing
I bought a Sim free tmobile one at launch via Apple. Worked perfectly fine on both TMobile and Verizon.
Are you referring to the haptic feedback that force touch is supposed to bring? Because it's still unsure whether the new iPhones will have any haptic feedback at all.Mobile gaming sucks right now for one reason: no buttons. Add Force Touch and voila, mobile games no longer suck.
Done and done
Edit: Actually, it looks like a T-Mobile phone actually IS different than a truly unlocked phone
T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus (A1522):
Supported Bands: 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,13,17,18,19,20,25,26,28,29
Supported LTE Networks in the US: 12 (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon)
Unlocked iPhone 6 Plus (A1524):
Supported Bands: 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,13,17,18,19,20,25,26,28,29,38,39,40,41
Supported LTE Networks in the US: 33 (includes all from A1522 plus Sprint and others)
Makes a big difference when traveling internationally, and for resale value
Crap, I wanted to get the unlocked version Day 1. So the A1524 includes CDMA bands? I guess that's not necessary...
They needed the space for force touch assembly and thicker casing. Battery life won't decrease because the new chips will be even more efficient. Apple doesn't care to prioritize battery life since they believe(and they probably have data supporting this) most people get a full days charge.i really don't get the decreasing battery thing. like. why. you know that size battery fits. Yes you can increase battery life via other improvements but why not keep the same size for even longer?!
Only matters if you'll ever switch to Sprint or another US CDMA carrier, since I don't think it's popular outside the US at all
Honestly, the only thing truly unlocked offers over T-Mobile is better international support and better resale value for the same cost
And yes, I do believe that truly unlocked iPhones are on about a three months delay, or have been in the past. Though I really want them to change that
Why would it have that? It's going to be lightning port as usual. The iPhone 6S has USB type C right?
Seems leaks point that way.
