Yeah, I haven't gotten anything going with Volodja either. On the other hand, the other two games are so tense that I don't think I can do a third without having an anxiety attack.

Yes, youtube upload is broken. You can click the youtube button, then click record local or something like that. Then just manually upload to youtube. Congrats on the win!

Also, SteelAttack is MIA. I've PM'd him as well.
 
Anyone ever ran into a glitch with your rocket soldiers action doesn't end up matching the simulation? I had him fire a rocket that was supposed to clear a whole cover section, but it ended leaving a piece intact, and then the kicker is that he end his movement by firing a 2nd rocket into the wall next to him. So bizarre lol.

Should we redo this one? That set-up was basically a free kill for me. Also, everyone should watch this one for that beautifully prescient rocket from Dunder right at the start. I should probably also point out that my later rocket was a complete fluke and I was actually hoping to catch his machine gunner.
 
Anyone in Group D manage to start playing against n8 / n8BitMan? Should I PM them?

Also, I suggest recording matches with OBS or something; replay the match at a higher resolution while recording it locally with OBS then upload it to youtube :) Should lead to better results than the in-game upload feature, even if it wasn't broken

The tournament judge will have to decide on that, but I don't really mind [not doing a rematch].
It was a good game and in the end I only got myself to blame, you deserve that win :)

Haha that late rocket really surprised me.
My simulations showed that you could back off that wall and rocket it to kill my shotgunner if I went for him, so I avoided that.
I also wasn't sure where your other machinegunner was, as he could kill me in that open area.
So I tried to take him out and lock your rocket and "first" machinegunner in the upper left corner area. Impressive fluke :)

Anybody know how to turn on the New Turn notifications in Steam for FS? I had them on, but when I had a bunch of practice games going, I got kind of tired of seeing them, so I turned them off. Now, for the life of me, I can't find where I would go to turn the damn things back on.

Well my first game with Instro is off to a good start. One of my guys was basically trapped between between 2 machine gunners and 1 grenadier. 30 minutes of planning to get a nice solution to keep him hopefully alive. Press Prime and my reaction was:"What the hell, why aren't my guys moving like I told them too?"

Oh right, I'm green not red.

The game ended right when he came around the corner, but when recording the video the game adds another second or so of reactions to it. Doesnt make much sense, but I get the good feeling that both matches look like they ended on a draw :p

Lots of points in that second game where my shotgun almost ran into a rocket. Paranoia finally paid off for once.

I love the rockets, they allow for some extremely interesting shots and promote more active movement.

Hey Accent, GG too. I was biting my nails after the second round hehehe Great game. I think your shotgun guy got caught on the wall perhaps? Have you had some news from the other guys? And if you don't mind could you please upload the game then, I didn't record it or upload it myself.

I just wish there was some way to fire them at the floor. It's annoying when you're down to just a rocket launcher on your side, with a machinegunner on the other, and as long as the other guy can stand out in the open, he's 100% safe.
