Oh my, you weren't kidding. They are trying to make #JeSuisMartha a thing.

.
I don't know why everyone is acting so shocked. This is pretty normal fanboy behavior.Whats wrong with these people
There are like 8 tweets using that hashtag, seriously, do we need to go to this depths to find morons? Just go to https://www.reddit.com/r/DC_Cinematic to find your collection of apologists and fanboys.Oh my, you weren't kidding. They are trying to make #JeSuisMartha a thing.

Oh I was on message boards at the time as well, but full blown social networking on the scale of Twitter? Would be 10000x worse.
#SupportDCFilms is one of the top tier twitter trends this weekend
At least BvS was finished, SFV = Fantastic 4 2015

Emotions were always high surrounding this film for one reason or another. Nothing about what's happening should be surprising if you A. were active in discussions about the movie leading up to release and B. have very little faith in online communities to act in rational and healthy ways.
Street Fighter V is actually a great fighting game, just with missing modes. Fant4stic was a train-wreck.At least BvS was finished, SFV = Fantastic 4 2015
I was there.
I've... seen things you people wouldn't believe.
This is obviously photoshopped... I hope.
Yeah, but I still have faith in humanity and dont think that so many are moronic idiots.I don't know why everyone is acting so shocked. This is pretty normal fanboy behavior.
Gotcha.
Spill the beans please. I was like 9 when TPM came out. I don't remember that whole thing.I was there.

That hashtag makes Prequel Apologism look sane.
Fan4stic is actually a great film, just with missing scenes.
It's live action. Dreamworks doesn't only make animated films. Also just found out Avi Arad is producing it so the odds of it sucking went way up.It's the Live Action with Scarlette Johannson. You just know it's either gonna be really bad (possible) or really good (unlikely).
Oh, wait... Dreamworks is doing it? I thought GitS was doing live-action. Why the hell would they need to animate it again!?

We also didn't have three years of debate about ASM's predecessor wherein it was brought up in pretty much every discussion about the genre, endless bashing or defending of every new piece of media, petty pot shots taken at ASM and it's fans and likewise it's nearest competition depending on the person, etc. ASM 1 also had a fairly decent reception and Spider-Man as a franchise already had a few good movies under its belt, on top of the fact that general consensus was people wanting Marvel to get the rights back. There are plenty of blockbusters that are panned by critics and most of the audience like BvS. Yet you dont often see black lives mattter sort of movements start to try and defend them.
I mean ASM 2 was shit on by everyone and didnt do as well as it should at boxoffice. Same situation we had here with BvS. But you didnt see those kind of insane reactions.

This is the part that kills me. In a world where cancer and racism exist..lol. Good grief.
That's not what I said.Almost Trank..
DC is serious business, Bro.

These are just freaking movies. I can't believe they think some hashtag movement is necessary for this. There are plenty of blockbusters that are panned by critics and most of the audience like BvS. Yet you dont often see black lives mattter sort of movements start to try and defend them.

Have you seen their movies? SO serious.
Just wait a couple of daysTo my knowledge nobody received death threats over BvS. That's a couple steps saner than Star Wars and Nintendo fandom meltdowns. Even fans of TDKRises had enough "passion" to make threats over differing opinions. These Twitter shenanigans are innocuous for fan over reactions.

What's the context of this panel? Also I assume that's Barbara during her Oracle days, right? No this is cold blooded

Wtf did I just read... Good lord... so literally 99.9999% of everything on the internet kills you because it's not about addressing cancer or racism, got it.
At least BvS was finished, SFV = Fantastic 4 2015
It's Disney's world. We're just living in it.
Rogue One, GitS, SW8, Guardians 2 and Toy Story 4 during the winter months. Take my money now.
Good riddance, the movie is an absolute mess.
Toy Story 4 and Episode 8 moved, but that was an insaaane line-up. SW8, TS4, PotC, GotG2, all within three months, 3 of them potential billion earners.
What's the context of this panel? Also I assume that's Barbara during her Oracle days, right?
Jokes, son..That's not what I said.
You, buddy, seem a little extreme. "Killed" with laughter..okay? Should I send you a handwritten apology? LMAO. I see you're committed..or should be. Wowsers! 😂Wtf did I just read... Good lord... so literally 99.9999% of everything on the internet kills you because it's not about addressing cancer or racism, got it.
I'm not sure you are surprised. We got more posts in that thread about Nintendo removing face petting from Fire Emblem than we did in the thread about the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attacks last year.
Fandom is serious business for some people, especially if we are talking about social media and hobbyist discussion forums.
For what it's worth, that movement to get people to watch The Phantom Menace in the June after its release (so that it had a shot at topping Titanic) would have blown up to these levels in the modern twitter age.
