I thought skill power soft caps at 45k, one of those electronics armour pieces could be firearms or stamina and still be just as effective, even if it dropped to 43.4k a electronics or skill power mod would get it to 45k again.
Most of them at 47k. Doesn't really matter since smart cover can keep him alive and if he needs healing he can use first aid and be healed for 100k with a 20 sec cd.

Anyone want to grind PC/levels in DZ03-DZ06 now? I'm level 35 dark zone, 150k dps, 80k health.

Add me on PSN if so: Phife24

Are you talking about the daily missions? Cause those ones are on hard. There are only 4 challenge missions in the game: Lincoln tunnel, Lexington center, Russian consulate and warrengate power plant. You can replay challenge missions as many times as you like and get phoenix credits and high end gear everytime you finish it.

oh ok awesome :)

So what do people recommend as the best Dark Zone build? I'm just grinding DZ levels now and not sure I have the best build for it against trolls

It depends, some abilities cap out early and others can be tweaked higher. For instance, the damage boost on my smart cover capped out at 50% when I was at like 43k skill power, but the damage reduction was still able to increase. Same with pulse, the crit chance capped out early, but the crit damage still had room to grow.

I don't know what the timer should be (whether its a minute or whatever), but repeated downs should either speed up your bleed out time or make it that after a certain number of downs, revival isn't possible (as long as its within a certain time frame).

40-50 grind is real

Dear god just killed a rouge. Got HE-gloves. Random people chasing me..not attacking tho, finally get to a check point zone. I'm just gonna sit in here for a bit.

Three reasons in particular...

One, it completely favors short range fighting rather than medium to long range fighting. Which is okay if you like the current SMG meta, but a little unfortunate if you want to favor medium-to-long confrontations. It's incredible difficult to take on a group of 3+ at that range and not end up in a situation where they can just repeatedly revive a member if you are running with a smaller group. This is especially true in the camp areas above DZ02 and near the DZ02 extraction zone. (This is the biggest issue to me to be honest... if you take out the same guy multiple times at range, why should you be forced to engage closer to ensure he can't duck behind cover to be revived?)

Two, if the game is going to allow large 'super groups' to form, with 8 or so people, any kind of skill gap that exists becomes heavily trivialized by having that number of people running around able to revive others.

Three, there are way too many revive skills available that work at distance. Reviving is way too easy in combat, and should be something that either takes longer to accomplish or is handled how I described above (with a bleed out time that reduces further and further).

Sure, there are ways to address the constant revives (flame grenades, explosive rounds, flame rounds, etc.), or other forms of CC... But regardless, when someone is downed like that, you shouldn't have to waste precious time engaging that target while another threat is still up. The priority should be taking down the other threats, but as the game is set up, it encourages you to disengage a lot of times to ensure that the other guy is dead dead.

If you are with a heavily coordinated group just stomping through others, this isn't much of an issue. But if you are in a coordinated group and you are going up against another coordinated group, the results kind of leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Just my thoughts. Don't know if I'm the only one who feels that way.

Sadly, I need to work a few more hours before I can play. I'll add you once I log on. My stats are very similar to yours.

For anyone who wants to help me out with DZ03-06 grinding and Rogue killing, add me.

I'm jealous. This is the build I aspire to construct, I'm going stamina/electronics..I'm just need to keep my firearms above 1800+.

All the gear besides the Assault rifle came from either doing Challenge mode or crafting from the blueprints found in the Base of Operations.

All that stuff is easily obtainable. I only got enough time to play around 2 hours at max per day. So it aint like I spent a long time getting this gear either.

If there anyone who wants to farm for loots and division tech in DZ please add me Ally1987 on Uplay. Need some one to play with.

Has anyone run into crafting the DZ high ends and not getting the promised bonuses?

The Small RDS scope mentions Weapon dmg, but the crafted item has no weapon dmg...

Just realised you can play the other CM missions anytime you want. I actually rage uninstalled last night after spending an hour on Warrengate and realising the group I was with wasn't able to output enough DPS at the timed section. Haha. I might reinstall on 12 April. The endgame is just a bit boring to me right now, especially since I'm not big on MMO or loot game design.

Moral of the story is: don't play Warrengate CM with randoms because it's a total gamble with respect to your time.

Yeah that's what I did kinda. I joined Nami's game quick.
Wait. That was what the message was for? Was busy doing some alt stuff when you joined. Thought you joined in by accident. Anyway, like I said in the reply, I didn't realized you had sent me a message till just a few minutes ago when the game crashed for me.

I never got a reply.. ._.

I've said this a few times on here, but you articulated it better than I. Quite frankly, for any form of even somewhat competitive PvP play (I don't think it exists currently in this game or even if they aspire to it) they need to tone down the revival and healing mechanics, IMO.

Went up six levels on my alt. Just 16 more to go. Only sticking to two characters. My alt is gonna be my skill based character. Ain't grinding to DZ rank 50 on her though. Fuck that.

Hmm maybe I just missed it. Oh well got what I wanted anyway. 🌚
Was it a good roll? The HE gloves you extracted.

I don't see the point of boosting if your leveling an alt. You have to do a lot of side missions to level up the BoO. Might as well do those first. And at that point your gonna be over leveled for the story missions.

Anyone know when they started letting upgrade Division Tech? Thought we couldn't do that, but I just crafted away on them.

how do you boost in this game, hard missions and the lowbie stays at the entrance?

Hard missions don't provide any extra experience, so boosting is pretty much just running through the missions in the lowbie's game. It won't get the lowbie to 30, but should be close enough to finish it off with some side missions.

Make sure to open up the Security Wing's upgrade that increases exp gains by 10% though.
