Sucker Punch making this would be the most amazing thing ever since Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City (Arkham Knight no thanks). I:SS was beautiful but was not a fan of the story, having a Spidey story in a SP game...you can't go wrong there

I do movie bookings and get invited to screenings, saw it about 2 weeks ago.
They lost that particular license a while back.

Well the cartoon belonged to Sony, and so does this hypothetical game. It doesn't have to be gone...
I think it has been stated in this thread that if it were a movie tie-in not only would it be weird for there to me rumor mill hype behind it, but the rights for that are with activision, and it would be multiplatform.

Probably not. None of their first party studios seem suited for a superhero game (not that they couldn't learn to make one) and I can't see them going to the effort of contracting a third party AAA dev for a game like that.
Do they even have teams left that arent specialised on one of their franchises?

I don't think it is Sucker Punch that is working on the Spidey game. They just started ramping up on hiring in the last couple of months and having a demo of Spidey with a rerelease of infamous doesn't line up. I am leaning on Bend being the ones making spidey and Sucker Punch working on that space game.

Dead Don't Ride being the name of Bend's next game is the most solid leak we have relating to these matters, and that would be a really weird name for a Spiderman game so I'm betting that's wrong. lol
Sucker Punch or any studio making a Spiderman game does seem incredibly strange to me. Sucker Punch I think if given enough time and budget are probably the best studio possible for it, so it would be amazing, but strange nevertheless. Regardless, they went through a pretty major studio expansion and even got their own Mo-Cap studio so their next game is likely to be pretty major, so that should be incredibly interesting.
The remaster with a Spiderman demo leak seems like total BS though.
Also the only Space Game that was leaked was some rumors around that being Stig's game at Santa Monica but that was cancelled ages ago. Is there any other rumor I should be aware of?
