Any word on if they fixed the shit aiming from 3? I wanted to replay 3 before 4 comes out and I only made it to the ship part before giving up due to the broken aiming.
4 year development cycle. First ND Gane on the new Gen. NDS last Uncharted, multiple delays for extra polish. I'm expecting a masterpiece. Will review as well as TLOU. So 95.

It's going to be reviewed by like 50+ sites
SOMEONE is going to give it a 7.

Reviewers in general are giving lower scores overall this gen, it won't affect Uncharted 4 that much because it's going to be the best game this gen, but I hope we won't see meltdowns if some sites give it a 8/10.
But is it gonna be the Citizen Kane of video games?
I think it will be Gone with the Wind of video games.
They fixed it in a patch pretty quickly, it's an option you need to turn on in a menu because for some reason they don't want to admit the default controls were a mess. UC3 that is.
I've made sure to ask every person who has a leaked copy this question and so far they have all said aiming feels nice and responsive. Don't take this as confirmation as some people aren't sensitive to this stuff, but definitely a good sign.
More like Lawrence of Arabia.
Switch characters for graphics and that sounds about right. It can score as bad as the order and I'll still likely get it for the characters.
If is the latter, we only have to wait until May 5th for it to be rectified! Are reviewers giving lower scores or have the truly outstanding games of this gen not arrived yet?I'm going with the latter.
lolPolygon: Best third person shooter of all times, but I was not in the mood to play one so 7.
Really? I may have to go back and check it out. I think I completed the game before the patch was released.
Thanks! A good sign indeed.
Yeah, and it'll probably be polygon. Considering what they game tlou, a 7 game making their own game of the year list at number 4.
This is a big game coming out and I'm sure more than one place will any to give it a low score just for clicks as well. Angry fanboys going to sites with lost scores is still money. It happen for halo, happened with qb, will happen here
Naughty Dog kind of oversold the game in the beginning with that 60FPS trailer. I think if this scene is in the game, it scores a 95 easily. If it's not probably closer to the lower end of 90s.

Wat? I didn't know this.Hahahah, what. I didn't realize polygon put TLOU on their game of the year list. So it tied with Bioshock Infinite (which they gave a 10) at #4.

That was the goty list for the site. The review was done by one person.
I say the lowest meta out of the mainline Uncharted but by far the best game. The combat and AI improvements seem legit, plus ND is in their prime right now, on top of the game. Plus BB and dark Souls 3 only managed 90-92 and they are nearly perfect: P
I really hope mods are diligent in the review thread. When a review inevitably gets a 7, you are going to have 10:1 posts preemptively trolling the one person who bites. "Uh oh", " here they come " etc is supremely annoying.
Twilight Princess?
Twilight Princess with Jeff "8.9" Gerstmann and IGN giving Double Dash!! a 7.9 seem like likely candidates.

The review is done by one person but the score is done by the reviewer going into a meeting with the editors and deciding what the score is
This. This gleeful pre-emptive handwringing at the mere thought of a low score hitting just for the reactions is getting very obnoxious.
And yeah, like you said, these posts likely outnumber the actual reactions ten to one. It's basically just trying to stir up the hornet's nest.

I haven't played UC3 (I'm working on it!) but the beta for UC4 played wonderfully.Any word on if they fixed the shit aiming from 3? I wanted to replay 3 before 4 comes out and I only made it to the ship part before giving up due to the broken aiming.

Review thread will be pretty embarrassing when a site dares to give this game an 8 or even lower.
And what's wrong with that? I don't see a contradiction there considering the views of one reviewer may not correspondent with the views of the whole site staff.
Of course it has to be clickbait. It's impossible that a reviewer does not see a new Uncharted game as 10/10, the second coming of Jesus or Citizen Kane of video games.

Predicting a 94 MC score.
Absolutely can't wait, if only for the review thread. Some high standards of lunacy have been set.

There are plenty of places that review any media divisively to get clicks. Whether its from music, movies, tv and yes even video games. To think that everyone is ethical is also blindly believing everyone is good. Of course people will have varying degrees of scores whether they like it or not, but there are always sites that will go beyond just preference of a score and do it to get clicks.
You're scoffing attitude that clickbate articles and reviews are just people complaining about preference does not make the reality that some places do write reviews with the specific intent of clicksbait.
