I dunno, I legit think he's just a troll at this point. He doesn't want to ruin anyone's life like Milo did, he just does it because it rustles jimmies.

Harmless really.

Except for the hundreds of thousands of kids who could look up to him because he created the most popular video game of their generation. :-/

I mean when he starts talking about sjws and stuff yeah but I think he believes in the logical fallacies that gets him on the same side of people like milo. Sorta like total biscuit except with more time on his hands and less empathetic.

Like I just said in the Milo thread, I believe that Notch, 95% of the time, really wants to do the "right thing" and express his ideals in a way that doesn't hurt anyone. He needs to evaluate those ideals though and try to reconcile them with reality.

And 5% of the time he wants to stir shit and be a little asshole :lol

I bought mine craft in 2010. Tried playing it a couple years ago and there's so much different that I didn't recognize.

Yeah that's basically it. There's a lot of people like that unfortunately and a lot are white guys who just can't understand what other people go through. From my experience a decent bit seem to gain self awareness in their early 20s but idk after that

Notch strikes me as somebody who needs to get out more and, like, meet new people and talk to them instead of living in the Twitter echo chamber.

Half of the time he comes as a Howard Hughes-like character while the other half he sounds like one of those "I'm not racist, I'm racialist" pricks, specially when he talks about GG or Milo.

That said...

Yeah that video's about 20 seconds long but the woman in the video clearly wanted that conversation done with at the beginning of the video based on her reaction. We may be hunting for Pokemon but that doesn't mean you're obligated to stop and interact with every person that you cross paths with whether it's a conversation you want to have or not. Dude made it worse with that instagram follows comment. I don't consider it rude to attempt to bail on a conversation that you didn't want to have in the first place. Gotta learn to read people.
