"I had NOTHING to do with that officer. It was on fire when I got here."

I'm playing this on the Pro now and I'm liking it. The story, characters, and missions so far were great (I'm at the
tall satellite tower
now, but I wish they kept some things from the first game, I didn't like the idea of the whole map is unlocked from the get go, unlocking areas in the first game gave me a cool sense of achievement, and the UI is like a mess, I even find it hard to keep up with the
missions app

You have to upgrade it to allow more 'botnets' on the hack bar I believe.

I have 8 extra bars on it after upgrading. Its just not recharging past halfway which also should be enough to let me hack doors and stuff but its not letting me. Might be glitched.

Is there a way to disable server connection warning?
It shows like every 30 seconds, covers part of my screen and makes my game almost unplayable. It's driving me nuts. Do I have to disconnect my PS4 from the internet?

Is there an easy way to see the songs for hacking? It pops up a song is around but I look around and never find them.

On ps4 click the touch pad and the app on your phone detects the song and adds it to your music library. They aren't located on the map but just random music on a radio station or playing in a passing car.

What looks better on PS4 Pro? This or GTA 5?

This looks sharper. GTA V's city is much busier and arguably has more realistic water physics but from an IQ standpoint this wins.

I think GTA V's city / Playable area is MASSIVELY more impressive from a technical standpoint though.

I did one of the online co-op side missions last night, it took me a few tries since I'm clearly garbage at stealth.

The mission was to free a Dedsec operative from being captured by one of the gangs. My first few attempts were terrible, but after my third try, I decided to be clever instead of super stealthy and called the cops on two or three gang members. It ended up being a sort of cops vs. gang shootout that drew everyone away from where I needed to be.

Then I just ran the fuck out of there.

What is with cars from Cars on Demand spawning over 200m away? Annoying! I may as well just rob a car if they're going to spawn multiple blocks away.

Agreed. Very annoying. I've had one spawn in a totally inaccessible police lockup too. Surrounded by unclimbable barbed wire fences and a locked gate which is unhackable.

Just to check again, is there any way of setting a waypoint without the annoying blue chevrons guiding you all the way there on the road?

I mean just don't set a waypoint then since you know where you are going? But no I don't think there is a way.

Had a patch. What for? Seamless still down.

[XB1/PS4] [Bug / Glitch] Emote Wheel Swap - Bug where emotes and weapon wheel become intermixed is now fixed
[XB1/PS4] [Bug / Glitch] Explicit NPC Model - We've updated one NPC model that was previously explicit. Nudity on other male and female NPCs has not been changed
[XB1/PS4] [Bug / Glitch] Phone App Disappears - Some players encountered a bug causing their phone apps to disappear. The fix will recover the missing apps
[XB1/PS4] [Performance] Graphics / Low FPS / Nudle - Framerate during the “Limp Nudle” mission has been improved
[PS4] [Performance] Graphics / Low FPS / PRO - PS4 Pro performance should be improved with this patch

Platinum seems easy, so no point to do all side stuff?
There are a lot of really great sidequests that id say are worth it, data points give you access to more abilities that you can't get without them. Research points allow you to get most if not all abilities and finding them are like small puzzles which I think is fun.

I mean if you're only reason to play the game is to platinum then I guess not. But I'd say everything in this game is worth doing and never feels like a chore.

Yeah the sidequests are diverse, fun and never feel like a chore. I intend to do them all.

I do approve of the platinum being easy though. I checked out the list and I hope this becomes a trend for more open world games: requires you to see a lot in the game, but it's not needed to tick every box.

Or maybe Ubi has started this trend with older games, I don't play them all. But these lenient plat requirements are a nice change of pace.

Story-wise I just passed the Lenni-mission, but I'm also doing side missions here and there. This continues to be one of my biggest surprises in an already packed 2016. My top 3 is pretty much a lock at this point, but this could end up at 4.

25 hours put in I'd say. Top 3 GOTY so far.

It's like they took everything I love and put it into a game. So so good.

IMO it's basically as good as GTAV (except no flying) but better due to the hacking and options that gives you.

Also the story... it's ridiculous but I really enjoy the story!

Anyone here got the Bounty Hunt stuff to work? I know the seamless Multiplayer is disabled but can't you still manually trigger online stuff?

The more time I spend in the world the more I enjoy it. GTAV's world may be a bit more detailed, but it's also meaner and more cynical. I appreciate the lighter feel here, and the NPCs seem to have more flavor and unpredictability. And I would MUCH rather spend time with this silly hacker crew than GTA's sociopaths.

I really hope Ubi doesn't abandon Marcus and the gang for WD3. Would be a travesty.

If you go drone/full hack it's also the anti-gta gameplay-wise, and that's what I really enjoy about it. I get if other people like playing the game with guns, but it just seems out of place here. I haven't even gotten the gun 3d print trophy because I feel an AK is a waste of money. I am saving up for that stun grendade launcher though.

But yeah I like the hacker group and the characters in general. I hope that the story doesn't nosedive later on and that all the remaining missions I have left keep up this level. It's refreshing playing this game.

Soundtrack has RTJ, Megadeth and Lower Dens... there's stuff to love for me on all levels.

Got the boost upgrades for the li'l helpers just now. Feel like the jumper is finally useful again now. Using the phone distraction + boost gives you a nice escape. I also like the mass distractor upgrade.

Honestly it only gets better IMO. Ending and the final two main missions and the last mission was great.

If there a way to make any graphics adjustments on ps4 pro? I can't seem to find them. It's just one visual mode, hu?

Yup 1800p, no options

Also everyone needs to try co-op. It's a blast. You can do the single player side missions, co-op missions, and hunt for money and research grabs. Everything will carry over if you join someone else's game.

This seems like an easy platinum. The only ones I'm missing now are the online ones. I don't think it forces you to collect everything outside of the data keys either.

I agree. Completed some of them and I'm really digging it. Still don't like boat races, I dunno, maybe I just picked wrong boat. Nah, I don't play games for platinums, won't bother with hard plat.

where can they set the next watch dogs? personally i think they should move away from america and try another country but thats my attitude towards all open world games tbh
cmon ubisoft you guys are french right? lets go to paris or montreal
