You need a proof of purchase at least.
If you have the email with your Auftragsbestätigung print it out and you should be good to go.
I did that once at my local Media Markt and it worked.

Saturn.de says joycons 79,99 and Zelda 64,99....my order says 89,99 and 79,99...they will change the price to the cheaper one right?
I will post some pictures in a moment.
Mind you that the serial number of the console is exposed on the package and there was an extra Sticker saying "Neuware Geprüft" including the serial number on it.

Just send it back - there's a (somewhat small) chance that the Rücksendeaufkleber will tell you to send it to Germany - if not, you'll have to pay the postage to the UK and Amazon.co.uk will reimburse you afterwards
