There are workarounds on firefox, you can use an addon which splits your browser into windows and open up a stream in each window.

NBC's player in Beijing allowed something like 4 - 6 simultaneous streams. It was pretty damn good - used Silverlight if I recall.

I'm back to watching on BBC after the CTV stopped streaming the weight lifting medal ceremony... come on bros. BBC's site also seems to have higher quality video.

You would be able to find it on the viewer guide page. it would just require a bit of scrolling. I agree, it's not ideal. BBC's is much easier to navigate. It shows all of the live events without having to scroll down half the page.

e: generally, you'll find teh more obscure events down in the "world feed" section of CTV's view guide page.

e2: i take that back, for some reason clicking on events that should be streaming now is not working wtf. but if you go to 'results and schedules" and click on an event it will lead to a page where you can go live. really convoluted.
