I have 12GB of RAM on my PC and the stream was using 4GB+ before it crashed in Chrome. Terrible setup.

Oh, 30 down Comcast connection too.

Then again i am not streaming it in 1080p, i am doing 480p.

I think Time Warner Cable's login system is fucked up. Crashes in Chrome and straight up doesn't work in firefox or safari.

ETA: Yup, tried logging straight in to the TWC website for NY and it's giving HTTP 500 Exceptions

Same for me under Optimum Online on east coast. I think it's just an NBC stream thing no matter where it keeps fucking up on people's browsers. You have to close and reopen browser to fix it but then it goes out again in 15-20 minutes and bufers.

12GB here too. As I said, safari in Mountain Lion is only stable setup so far. Really disappointed in NBC and adobe.

What sort of stuff have you been working on?

All sorts! When I joined, I was our first artist. The first project we did was a pretty dry, boring planning permission document of 26 images for the temporary venue for the Equestrian venue in Greenwich Park. Since then, we have done all sorts, from four mascot films, the venue animations in the smart phone apps, all the screen graphics for inside the venues during the Games, a bunch of animations showing off how the sports work, all the 'pixel' work for the opening ceremony, an animation explaining the route of the Olympic Torch and most recently my team has done a bunch (about 30) animations flying around London to help give a bit of context to London for those unfamiliar with the city. This is being used on the BBC but also NBC in the US, Channel 9 in Australia, TV Globo in Brazil, and a bunch of other European countries. Always nice to see your work on TV
