The one and only time I tried to watch their streams it was ads on top of ads. Then the "cable subscription needs to be verified" window popped up that would say "Congrats, you can now watch NBC Olympics Live extra" and then I'd watch five minutes and the window would pop back up and I'd have to re-verify my subscription. That window would keep coming up every few minutes.

On top of all that, it was a stuttering, choppy mess of a stream. It's laughable how bad their coverage has been.

Use quicktime to trim the video then open photoshop. import video into frames. then save for web and devices as a gif.
