It seems like some of the weightlifting crowd drifted over to the Velodrome. The British rider setting a new WR may have been the loudest that i've heard any crowd in this Olympics.

Awesome. The US media get more excited about UK winning than the US team, it seems. I suppose that's just because the spectacle and excitement at the Olympic site with the loud support of the crowd even gets the commentators pumped up. It's infectious.
