hmm, a tough one. she genuinely did do really well to get bronze in the 400m. It's not her event and her winning gold in 2008 was quite the fluke even then.
The 800m was a disappointment no doubt, but at least she medalled unlike the other women swimmers.
The cycling DQ is the most disappointing for me overall though, that was totally GUTTING.

There are better networks, just that NBC paid $1 billion, to be the only airing the Olympics.
I think those of us like me who don't pay any attention to swimming outside of the Olympics might have had unrealistic expectations on Adlington.
I think Mark Cavendish being nowhere by the finish of the road race was the bigger disappointment, although I know it wasn't down to him, apparently.

The road race wasn't our fault and I don't blame Vicky and Jess in the cycling, I think the rules are ridiculous and the fact you can't appeal, atrocious.
So yeah Adlington is my biggest disappointment but still, she worked her butt off and she got two bronze, can't sniff at that.
Bellamy is a huge NBA fan.

NBC, CBS, FOX, and ABC are the 4 major US basic cable networks.
The BBC isn't a privately funded network. The two are nothing alike.
Its almost a forgone conclusion that MLB and NASCAR will be on the NBC Networks again. Comcast's Hands are all over MLB Network, Costas and Michels have contracts there etc, and now with the monetary success of the Olympics - its almost fati-complit.

So I'm trying to find out when the Men's 100 m events start for someone in my timezone (Mountain Time) so I go to the official page :

Who are these bums? I don't see Bolt, Gay, Powell etc. It looks like none of these guys have even gone under 10 seconds. I see a Pakistani and Bengali in there, lollerz.
So my question is - What day and time is the 100 m dash? I'm talkiing about even the first rounds.
