I do not mean the Soviet Union, i mean Russia. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Russia was basically, always the nr 2. after USA. No one could compete with Russia for the second position.

Of course, back in the days (until 88/92), USSR and GDR were completely crushing everyone else. USA was constant nr 3.
