Rudisha on the BBC. It's still shocking how little attention he has got in the news (in my newspaper there was a page about Bolt's 200 win, and Rudisha wasn't even mentioned).

Volleyball semi-finals have been the most uneventful ever. 3-0. 3-0. 3-0. 3-1.

Good on Bulgaria for taking one set off Russia, I guess.

Nobody cares about the 800 except for those who ran it in high school. It's easily the most awe inspiring performance this Olympics so far. My mind was blown when I found out that his previous world was done with a rabbit.

JAJAJA!

Betty Heidler gets bronze after the event, 77.13m for her 5th throw.

Personally I think this shouldn't have been given, I doubt how accurate this is. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets (successfully) appealed and I could understand it.

Still I'm going to take it for now.

what a fucking joke, they do this but shin gets screwed. double standards all over.

That´s even more ridiculous. I am not questioning i am just asking.

Cycling Track, where 7 of them golds from doesn't have more available golds then a lot of events... There were a total of 10 golds available across both men and women's events. Weightlifting has 15, Taekwondo has 8, Judo 14, Swimming has 34... Like I said, I don't see the problem.

Even if you include all the different cycling discipline's, track, road, mountain bike and bmx, there are only 18 golds to be had.

Ha USA got run out by the Bahamas well done Bahamas and not sure what happened with GB thought they were stronger, if Cuba didn't pull out they would have been behind them even
